I booked a 4-day cruise a few weeks ago and had not been able to find a place for my dog. I had never left her anywhere overnight before that wasn't with family and I was nervous about it. I happened upon Pet Limo on Groupon, and called Ceci to find out about boarding services for my Nala. Her boarding is very reasonably priced and even though I contacted her by phone, and for more time than the Groupon offered, she honored the Groupon rate. The day before I dropped off Nala, I went by to see where she'd be sleeping and spending her days. I was expecting for her to be kenneled the entire time. I was pleased to see that Ceci has roomy accommodations for the pets she boards, in the AC, and a back yard where she lets them out to play. Nala seemed to enjoy her time with Ceci, she seemed to bond with her over her 4 day stay. When I picked her up, I was very happy to see my dog had been treated with love and care. I would recommend Ceci, in a heartbeat, to any pet owners, and will be using her services again in a few weeks when I move, so Nala had a nice place to stay while my family and I get settled in. read more

This is the WORST service dog service I have ever dealt with. irst, they overcharge. I have paid close to $1,600 or service they said would be expedited, but that was not true. only in non refundable deposits I paid $850! THey tried to charge me an extra $200 for airline post service fees, which is not allowed, only airlines can charge that. they did not respond to my inquiries or did so last minute, just before they closed for the day. As a result, last week I had to spend the entire night trying to get corrected certificates from veterinarian and government agency. They took forever to pick up my dog from the airport yesterday. My poor dog spent twelve hours not being able to pee or poop. They took forever to secure the release rom the broker and from the CDC. I will never recommend them to ANYONE! They only care about money. read more

1 star is being too gracious. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. They are the only company in the area that provides quarantine services for importing animals. Every importer and broker I spoke with said to avoid them if possible as they do not communicate properly and do not care about anything but the money. This includes the broker list they will give you themselves. read more

The company is charging too much for importing pets from countries with a high risk of rabies. Vaccinations are being charged more than once. The veterinarian leaves the workplace whenever he pleases, and they leave our pets in, at least for a day, in who knows what condition, to try to cover the amount of money they charge. It's incredible how so many people are raving about the place just because their pets are returned to them, and they don't realize they're using our pets for their financial benefit. They put our pets under stress by having to hand them over to a stranger and seeing them put in a cage as if nothing had happened, after having traveled with their owners and being happy that they're finally going home. It's sad to hear animals crying outside this place all day long. The responses to the comments leave me even sadder and more helpless. They say they're happy because, after one or several days of leaving them there, the owners were finally able to reunite with their pets and take them home. Not to mention certain brokers the company works with, especially Orange Global Cargo, Barbara, and Fiorella. They lie to you as if it were nothing and then apologize, but you still have to pay them. This will soon have to change if many of us join in. These companies are only intermediaries to send the documents that the owners provide for them. read more

Miracle Workers ! Best of the Best. I live in Corpus Christi, TX (we are having a hurricane and have grounded planes at the moment) and my father is in Miami Brickell area. My father had an emergency and needed immediate medical attention. 911 was called, and picked him up. Within the hour Pet Limo was able to pick up his 16 year old elderly dog, and take his dog to VCA 24/7 hospital. Pet Limo facilitated all of this over the phone and through texting. I was worried since his dog has cancer that he would be alone for too long, but they came immediately and even checked up on us via text to make sure that he was okay. Truly great people. Beware!! Do Not RecommendI I was left no choice but to use their business because I booked a live animal trip for my dog from LAX to PR via American Airlines... Because there are no direct flights, the dog had a layover and had to 'spend the night' in Miami, under PetLimos' care. At LAX we packed the food + medication for the dog along with instructions, time difference, potty schedule, etc. However, these cruel individuals were not caring enough to feed the animal, or provide the medication that was clearly indicated in all paperwork! What a shame to be in the animal transport business and not care about the well being of the animals?! The pictures speak for themselves!! I paid over $1,000 for individuals to recklessly care for my animal! Shameful to @AmericanAirlines for collaborating with such unprofessional business! If you are wondering yes the dog survived 'this' trip because he is incredibly stoic + in good health boy who also happens to be a hurricane María survivor in Puerto Rico, Petlimo knew all of this, and yet.... they treated him like a 'package' and not a beloved animal, with dignity. read more

My experience with Pet Limo was TERRIBLE! My 2 German Shepherd dogs had to stay on December 21st until 22nd, in their facility for (only!) 16 hours and short after they started having runny noses and deep coughing. It was going so far that one was in emergency care fighting for his life. No energy, couldn't walk or eat anymore and needed constant IV's and strong medication. Diagnosed also with serve pneumonia! They were seen at VCA Animal Hospital in Miami, which was thankfully saving their life's. Recovery took until today, January 28th 2020. Finally both are back to normal. The terrible thing is, their condition was contagious and infected also my other dogs! For that price they charge, they should keep dogs separated so they can't catch any life threatening diseases. read more

Unlike their tagline that states they are open 24hours/7 days a week that is not the cae. I just called their number and a lady answered saying it was 1am and to send an email that the call line is for emergencies only;she didn't even want to hear my situation, very rude. If you don't want people to call you 24hrs/7days a week then don't put those working hours as your availability. I can't believe they are listed under the cdc website which is the only reason I called them. That's Miami for you. read more

This company is HORRIBLE. I had no choice in using them because they have a contract with either the Miami airport or the cargo shipping company itself- regardless, I was five minutes late to get my cat from the cargo shipping office (customs, luggage and car rental delays of close to four hours) so they told me that since the animals can't be in the warehouse overnight they had to be picked up by a company called Pet Limo, who would transport them to their facility, let the animals out of their crates, give them food and water etc and then return them in the morning. All well and good- I can understand that for safety the animals can't be kept overnight in a warehouse in this heat. But this company and its' extortionate pricing and its' extremely poor customer service PLUS the condition my cat was in when I finally got him back was deplorable. 1) this company DEMANDS cash only on delivery of the animal to the cargo office. 2) the extortionate price of $225 for less than ten hours of caring for said animals is despicable. Plus demanding this amount in cash off of completely unsuspecting travelers who are already stressed out over moving and needing to ship their beloved animals via cargo is disgusting behavior. They are clearly overcharging because they know people will pay to get their beloved animals back. PLUS the mere fact that this amount is not written anywhere on their page or in the cargo shipping office is also further indication of hiding the truth from customers until they have no choice but to pay up in cash. 3) their customer service is horrible- the man was a complete ass who met me at the cargo shipping office. When he demanded the $225 cash from me and I said I didn't have it but have a credit card he dismissed me and turned to his phone, saying, "then you aren't getting your cat because it's cash only." Then he called me "sweetheart" in a very demeaning way ("listen sweetheart, I'm saying you ain't getting this cat until you pay me cash") and I told him, " don't you dare call me sweetheart- I have a name and you will use it or call me ma'am because calling a woman you don't know "sweetheart" is demeaning and rude." He got even more irate with that and flat turned his back on me telling me to go get cash off my credit card from the closest ATM If I wanted my cat back. After approx 25 minutes of back and forth the owner finally deigned to accept PayPal from me. 4) the state of my cat when I finally got him was horrible- my cat was clearly traumatized, covered in urine and drank an entire cup of water in the first two minutes I had him in my car. Plus he ate an entire can of food in eseconds- there's no way he was fed or given water with the way he was when I finally got him back. I've contacted the BBB, the state attorney general office and am writing up all of this in as many online reviews as possible to draw attention to these shady business practices and extortionate pricing. read more

I created a Yelp! account just to write this review. I had the same experience as Carolyn B, almost down to the letter. I booked my pet to stay one night on 7 August at Ceci's facility while transiting between the Virgin Islands and Colorado. I sent my $255 via Western Union per her requirements. Ceci informed me at the time of booking that if the pet did not fly for any reason, the $255 would be fully refundable. Due to high temperatures, my pet did not fly on 7 August, and I informed Ceci of this fact. In the end, I was unable to fly my pet through Miami, and on 11 August I contacted Ceci to request a refund. Over the next six weeks, I continued to contact Ceci to request a refund, but got one excuse after another. She'd been out of Miami for a week and would take care of it when she got back. She'd been too busy taking care of her sick mother, please have some patience with her. She offered to mail a check, but I demanded she do so via FedEx or US Priority Mail so I could have a tracking number. I never got one from her. After the 17th of September, she stopped returning my texts and emails, and no one ever answered when I called the business phone number. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully, I can get my money back. read more
