My regular pet sitter was unavailable when I went out of town in September, so I went to Yelp to…read morefind a trusted partner to care for my beasts in my absence. Waggy Tail was very easy to work with - they responded to me right away and had availability during the time I would be away. They have two options; a free video walk through or a $20 in home visit to review details with the caregiver. I opted for in person and enjoyed meeting Michelle in person before entrusting her with my cats' care. Michelle updated the app with photos and a report for each visit. Unfortunately, I wasn't checking email so I didn't see the notifications that she was updating the app. However, when I got home, I did see photos of my cats looking good with a little report on what happened during the visit. Waggy Tails is not cheap! The stated price is for 2 animals; there is an additional charge for each extra pet. The price is also double if you want 2x per day visits. However, the care was comprehensive - Michelle had no problem pilling my one cat that needs a daily medication and also handled all of the different food requests and feline pickiness with no problem. I would definitely use Waggy Tail again! They definitely remove a piece of travel stress by taking excellent care of your pets!

I came back from dinner and my dog had been left alone on a couch that she could not get off of. My dog was trembling and afraid. I have hired sitters all over the world for almost twenty years (for this dog and my last dog) and have NEVER experienced this. A sitter leaving before you get home????? Completely unacceptable NEVER trust your beloved pet to this horrible service!!! ZERO stars. I am furious!

IMHO Annie is the best dog groomer in the US, definitely the best in Miami. My two large…read more(bordering on gigantic) poodles love her, and I love their haircuts. OK, so we're two gay professionals with his&his poodles (LOL, but they're very butch poodles). Our two furry baby girls would probably destroy every shoe in the house if we gave them some whacky puff-ball poodle cut. They get a basic once-inch-or-so all over cut. Annie is so precise and perfect, I'll bet if you measured any point on their fur, it would be exactly 1 inch. It's this perfection plus a sense of personal artistry and enormous kindness to the animals that makes the big difference. When you walk in, you can see just about every dog wagging their tail, not looking terrified of the clippers. She even washes and ties back their bandanas; she even gets the right color bandana on the correct sister and they're almost identical. She's not only inventive (ex: little bit longer fur just by the corner of their eyes to keep away gnats), she's terrific, highly professional and very friendly. While not the cheapest game in town, she's like the L'Oreal of the dog grooming world: because you're woof it baby!

You can tell she loves animals, and takes pride in making them gorgeous! She takes her time with each one of her fur babies. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a groomer, you will not be disappointed. She listens carefully to what you want, and then produces exactly that. Thank you Annie, I always feel confident dropping off my doggy clients with you.

The house has a large backyard where you can see there's space for the dogs to run and play. Anthony takes daily pictures of the dogs and sends them over so we can see the group of dogs and what they are up to. He has a magic power (for real) because he manages to keep all these dogs sitting while taking pics lol. Our dog feels like he's at home there since we take his bed, leash, and food. Also, Anthony is very easy to reach. We would answer your call/texts right away or within mins! we heard from him through our building. It turned out that a lot of ppl use their services here so that gave us more peace of mind. We love them and are very grateful for their services a because they love our dog as much as we do.

Attention dog parents, please read this carefully!‼ The dogs may appear "happy," but in reality…read morethey are thirsty. My dog came back noticeably thinner. When we picked her up, I gave her water and she immediately started drinking it desperately. She didn't even greet us. She was more focused on drinking water than on seeing us, which says a lot about how thirsty she was. That behavior is not normal for her. Runa is not a dog that pants excessively unless she has been running a lot or is extremely tired. She almost never pants, not even when she's happy. That's why it really stood out to me that in every photo I received during her stay, she was constantly panting. At first glance, the dogs may appear "happy," but in reality they seem thirsty. She was there for only 5 days and still came back thinner and extremely thirsty. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that must have been for her , or how other dogs may be feeling if they are not being given proper access to water. I'm writing this with sadness, but also with the hope that this feedback leads to better care and attention to the well-being of the animals left at this place.
