Did not humanely relocate animal. I was very disappointed. What i asked for is not what I got. Nothing humaine here.

They were so great! I called at 6 pm on a Sunday and he was there within the hour (on a weekend) to help me a removal of a dead animal. He was very humane and helpful- I will definitely work with him again. He was also mindful of my outdoor cats. read more

Sympathetic, responsive and quick is what I would use to describe Humane animal removal. They are compassionate, understanding and just great people all around. They had to come out initially in April for our dog, Pro. And sadly again at the beginning of October for our other dog Zoë. They made the process of losing our pet as pain free as possible when getting their ashes. read more

Rob has been to my home many times to remove dead animals. He is always professional, respectful, and personable. I truly appreciate your business. I don't see how you guys do this. I will be using you all in the future, and I will refer you to as many people as I can. God bless you and thank you so much. Terri Gibbs read more

Our Country Ridge Estates Association hired Humane Animal Removal to trap our stray cats throughout our community so they can be sterilized. When Rob came to my house he asked me who was the lady that is feeding the cats? I immediately raised my hand and replied, "I am guilty ". So we talked about the process and explained the urgency of trapping as many as we could. Besides being a super duper nice person, he did the awesome job of trapping 18 cats (including kittens). We were both super happy and promised to bring them back. I would 100% recommend Rob for any of his services, he is legit, honest, cares about all animals and has this business to help the animals and people like me that are crazy cat lovers. Our Association president did a great job in hiring Humane Animal Removal for this project. I am very grateful and happy of the outcome. It's easy to work with good people, and Humane Animal Removal, along with Rob is on top of that list. read more

Losing our dear 19-year old Wolverine was a very painful experience for our family. I am really relieved to have contacted Humane Animal for my pet cremation service and I want to express my deep gratitude for the excellent service I received since the first moment I spoke to Jen, who was so kind and patient in explaining me in detail about the entire process from the pick up until the delivering back of my dog's ashes. Jen and Bob are so professional as well as compassionate and courteous and they made us feel so comforted during those difficult moments. I strongly recommend Humane Animal to anyone who needed an excellent pet cremation service at a fair price. Thank you Jen and Bob. God bless you! read more

I just called this company to ask what can be done for the removal of duck eggs on my property. A man answered the phone and when I explained that I have a lake in the backyard and the duck has laid about 15 eggs in my front yard he told me to pick the eggs up and throw them in the lake. There was an awkward silence for about 5 seconds because I was flabbergasted. I said "excuse me? I don't think I heard you correctly." He says "pick the eggs up and throw them in the lake, I mean what do you expect to happen?!" I said "well I don't know sir, that's why I'm calling the experts!" Then he tries to say "well, hold on let me----" CLICK and BLOCKED! He called back (I don't know how because I blocked him) and I didn't answer. How is the name of your business "Humane Animal Removal", yet you're telling the potential client to do something so inhumane? 0 out of 10---would not recommend. read more

It has been 48 hours since my dog took his walk over the rainbow bridge. My eyes are still filled with tears and my heart hurts, but I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to thank the staff of Humane Animal Removal. The Humane Animal Removal team was so knowledgeable, professional, efficient and caring during this VERY difficult time. I am truly grateful to them for their assistance. Unfortunately our dog Moto Moto, drowned in the pool. This being our first dog I didnt know what to do so I called 911. They told me that they were unable to help so I started browsing the internet for actions to take. Fortunately a Yelp review came up for Humane Animal Removal. I called at 7:30 PM on a Friday evening and Rob, the owner, made arrangements to come by and help us in our time of grieving with the loss of our family member. Hopefully you will never need him but I couldn't recommend Rob and Humane Animal Removal more. He's such a nice and loving spirit and recognized our hurt and heartache over our loss and did everything to ease our grief. read more

We unfortunately found a dead stray cat in the front yard, worst way ever to start the day! After calling Miami-Dade 311, I was told that since the animal was found in my front yard, and not on a side walk or road, it was going to be my responsibility to remove it. I honestly couldn't stomach the idea of removing the poor cat. I called a few services, but none of them could give me a guarantee that the cat would be removed same day. They were going to have to send out the job, and I would get a call back, and maybe their technician would come same day - depending on freelance work. What? Humane Animal Removal made the process very easy. While I was on the phone with Jennifer, she was able to confirm that a technician would be at my house same day. I got an update when then technician was on his way, and an approximate time he would arrive. Chris arrived at my house, and took care of the cat. Payment options were convenient, and quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service read more

Humane Animal Removal is amazing! Big THANK YOU to Jennifer who was so kind and helpful as I made the tough decision to euthanize my 16yr old fur baby who stopped moving, eating, or drinking and was on his death bed. Rob picked him up and was so kind during the transfer process. My fur baby was humanely euthanized and cremated. Thanks to Rob and Jennifer I know my fur baby was well taken cared of. I received his ashes and paw print cast shortly after very well packaged. They are lovely kind professionals. read more

Rob and his team came to our community today to help us remove chickens that didn't belong here. This is a residential, gated community in the city, not a place for chickens to be roaming free. From the moment they arrived I could tell I was dealing with a professional team. They were able to remove all the chickens in a humane way. I am so happy I found them. If you need any animal removal for any reason, you need not look any further. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! read more

Rob came this morning to remove the body of a stray who made the underneath of my porch its final resting place. I called around 9 am and he was there within a couple hours. Animals are very important to my and my family and I know the cat could not be in better hands. Thank you again Rob :) read more

For the past year or so, there has been a feral cat living in my backyard laundry shed. This cat has done an amazing job of keeping my yard rodent-free, and I was dismayed to find it dead when I went to do laundry this morning. I called Humane Animal Removal and spoke with Rob. He said the charge was $125 and he was in the area already. He arrived within 90 minutes and removed the cat from my backyard. $125 is steep but I could not bring myself to handle a dead and partially decomposing cat. Also, it's Miami, and there is not enough ground to dig a hole for a proper burial. As a HUGE animal lover that believes that ALL life is meaningful and significant, it was a relief to not have to put the cat into my trash can to be thrown away like something worthless. RIP sweet feral kitty and thank you for your mousing skills read more

I will be forever grateful to the kind individuals at Humane Animal Removal for their help and services in the aftermath of the death of my best friend, Cookie, after a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. She passed the day before I had scheduled a euthanasia appointment with a private pet hospice/euthanasia company. Since they had not actually euthanized her, their cremation services were no longer available to us. So, I called Humane Animal Removal, where I was immediately given the impression that the individuals running this business were true animal lovers. A kind man answered the phone and made me smile within the first couple of minutes of our conversation. He treated me with kindness and expressed sympathy for my and Cookie's situation, as well as explaining to me the realities of how it should be handled. I felt they would respect and honor her, just as she deserved and had always been treated with. He showed up just a couple of hours later, on a Sunday afternoon, when many other services were closed until the following day. It took me a long time to write this review because I just could not believe she was really gone. Until recently, when she was returned to me, along with an engraved wooden urn, as well as a beautiful poem and paw print. The presentation and contents were both thoughtful and beautiful, though I do plan to order her a custom urn I found on Etsy, from an artist who specializes in pet urns. I just wanted to leave this review and thank the kind man who came to our home and answered the phone that day, as well as the kind lady who returned her to me a couple of weeks later. Thank you both so much and to the others at Humane Animal Removal that took care of my princess for me. She is now resting, and I feel secure in knowing her body was treated with respect after her death, making this horrible process just a little bit easier. read more

Took longer than estimated and shipped cremated ashes through USPS.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company! Both Rob and his wife Jennifer were the most compassionate individuals during a most difficult time. We lost our beloved Diesel, an 80 lb. american bully, on a Friday night, so this was both an emotional time and a difficult one due to his size and timing. He was our baby, not just a dog, and that is how Rob treated him and us, giving us clear instructions as to what to do with him until he could arrive to pick him up in the morning, and allowing us to grieve and say our final goodbyes. Thank you Rob and Jennifer for personally delivering his ashes and certificate to us. You are true professionals and a Godsend to animals and their families. Keep up the good work and service that you do! read more

Highly recommend this company for their excellent work, promptness, and communication. I called Rob first thing in the morning when I realized the vet could not make a house call to pick up my Golden Retriever who had passed about 6 am. My daughter had discovered the body and the get wanted to come at night. My daughter was so traumatized that she would not come downstairs. I was desperate. I called Humane Animal Removal which I googled that morning desperate for done be to take Scooby and cremate. I called Rob answered the phone immediately. I was the Saturday before Father's Day, he was at my home within the hour. I am in Kendall and Rob is in Broward. Rob came with his son as this is a family owned business. My Golden was very large 113lbs. Much heavier after passing. I went to open the front door and the had already packed the dog and they carried him out. I was given a burial or cremation choice I decided to go with cremation. Cost was very affordable. To my surprise the box Scooby came in was engraved with his name. I was pleasantly surprised to get a paw print. It really made my daughter very happy. They also gave USA beautiful presentation and card. Rob was very gentle, kind and really turned a very sad situation into a very positive outcome. When They delivered the urn he greeted me and said Scooby is home. He personally delivered him and I said I said we were waiting for you. It just feels so good to have him m back. It is the kindness of this family business that I will always remember. I am a animal lover and I have multiple pets I will definitely call them in the future. They run their business with love and compassion. Thank you Rob and family. read more

They are very professional and very nice, specially understanding the circumstances they deal with. I'm very pleased with them.

We had found our precious dog on the road, ran over a few times. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and she gave me all the information over the phone. The man who does home pick ups came almost an hour late, but I can understand because they were coming from South Miami and I live closer to the Miami-Dade/Broward County Line. I was not present at the pick-up, the man gave my younger brother a receipt and nothing else. About a week later, I received my dog's ashes. I'm not too sure if the ashes I received were completely hers, because she weighs close to 20 pounds and I received about 6 ounces of her ashes. It was nice that they paid to have it delivered via mail USPS Express. I personally wouldn't trust USPS with any valuables especially my beloved dog's ashes. In the box I had her ashes and nothing else. I figured that they would send me her death certificate and more information later in the mail. I waited a few days before contacting them. I received nothing. Called on a Friday morning that I had not received any documentation. She promised it would be sent the next day by end of morning via e-mail. I waited a whole day and still nothing. Sent an e-mail to their general email address and received a response the same day asking for the information that I already provided on the initial phone call to them. They somehow had no record of my dog's info and she also advised me that the man was supposed to give me the certificate (he didn't give anything besides a receipt). Finally received the death certificate the next night. I would not consider them again for cremations for my pets. They provided no documentation of the crematory company, just gave a measly death certificate that could be curated online in seconds. They did have great customer service, but I felt like I could not trust them 90% with my dog. But since my dog was in FL, I couldn't find anyone else. Next time I will search much deeper to make sure I find a reputable company, not sure if they are. read more

I just contacted them , I told them I was having total knee replacement surgery this month and I needed removal of 4 pregnant mommas and 9 kittens, I rent a small room in back of house, not my house, not lying, not a wealthy senior, on their site they say they won't relocate animals cats ,and leave them to die ,it's cruel ,I agree , I said they could fix and Bring them back , I m on crutches with torn meniscus, landLORD won't help , they wanted $75 per cat, I wish I had money I'd pay it since I'm an animal lover vegetarian myself, I guess they don't care about "human" animals, or it's all about the money again,as it seems that's what the world has turned into, trying to guilt me , also the cats surround me when I step out to go to bathroom and I could injure myself after surgery, I specified this ,outside bathroom definitely not wealthy, I ve also reached out to others organizations and no one can help ,I have to bring myself, or they'll just take kittens for fee read more

When we came home late on a Saturday afternoon to find that our senior dog Butterball had died while we were out, I found Humane Animal Removal on the web and made a call. Jennifer, who picked up right away, could not have been more compassionate and helpful. Chris, who had been out on the water that day, actually came by with his boat in tow to pick-up Butterball that same night. Their additional special kindness beyond the cremation service included making a plaster paw print memorial for us that we cherish. The later email with instructions on how to file the cremation certificate with the County was also quite helpful. We are so grateful for their service. read more

So we took in a stray and she randomly became extremely aggressive. We called many places and they either didn't answer or we would leave a message and they never got back to us. But then we called the Humane Society and they recommended Humane Animal Removals was to us. We called him very late today around 8 pm, he answered the call and told us he was able to come that same night! Extremely professional and so nice over the phone, he assured us that he would be able to get the cat out of the house. He arrived right on time! Now, the cat in our home was EXTREMELY AGGRESIVE and I'm putting it lightly (we couldn't even spend the night in our own home!!) He was able to get the cat out of our home with just a net and a cage! Incredible work and great execution very knowleagble and an expert on what he does. Now me and my boyfriend can sleep soundly in our home.
