Due to their incompetent workers and not having knowledge of what stones can be placed in different areas of the cemetery I had to order a new stone. I ordered in July, but the order was not placed until September 15, delaying it another 9-12 months! Also, the staff is not helpful and all they can say is "Im sorry". They need training in dealing with families who are mourning families who have lost loved ones. No compassion and lack knowledge of what stones can be placed in sections causing major delays in orders.

Having the Vet put my dog to sleep in my arms and seeing her life end was one of the most difficult days of my life. I'm glad Peaceful Paws was there to pickup her body for cremation. They showed up early, communicated well, we're careful, sympathetic, and respectful. I was not even done grieving when two days later they called me letting me know Fendi's ashes were ready for pickup. I picked up the remains at their office and when I opened the package it was above my expectations. It made me feel a lot better about out decision. I recommend Peaceful paws to anyone whom wishes to cremate their loved ones.

I was wrong. we left flower in the hands of the dr to do the surgery and bring her home. flower made it through surgery and was standing and drinking and the nurse who called had compassion and faith and w tears and crying in my voice I asked her to please kiss her and give her our love before u leave. to wake up to a VM from The murderer herself that flower had died over night. When we spoke she was screaming yelling aggression "she told me she wasn't out of the woods" a nasty nasty demonic human who should never be tending to sweet innocent animals. We lost our baby girl to the hands of a monster physician. W no compassion or care she took my sons babygirl. 2k 2 days of work and a week of emotional trauma from my family. Please do not go here. Tank's remains were ready within a couple of weeks, and when I went to pick up the urn and everything, it was presented so beautifully, that I felt compelled to let everyone who needs info about Monarch Pet Memorial know how excellent their care of my Tank's remains were. The bag it all came in was tied with a thin black ribbon with paw prints on it. Open the bag, and there was this beautiful simple wooden urn with my dog's paw print burned into the wood, with Tank's name above the paw. They gave me a certificate, plus a cast of his paw in a round cast, like you do for children's hands. Also a beautiful glass cylinder with some of Tank's fur. Also, a certificate of the private cremation, a bookmark and an another paw print in ink on a card. This whole package was very comforting to me. At 10pm I checked their reviews on google and was freaked out by what I read. I contacted Taps in Broward County and they were there in 20 minutes. This was one of the most Traumatic experiences of My life and surely the most Traumatic for my friend who lost his dog and sat with the body for 8 hours crying. Angel Paws in South Florida is a Scam. Please read their other reviews. The man from Angel Paws did show up at 11pm and refused to leave. Thankfully Adam for Taps animal cremation in Broward County, FL managed to help us get rid of him.
