Ceaser Milan don't got a paw on this man. Before linking up with TK9, my Frenchie Rocky was about as sharp as Rocky Balboa after going five rounds with Drago. I'm talking about this dog was more confused than Homer Simpson after trying to box Mike Tyson. Rocky had absolutely NO game plan. Sit? Nope. Stay? Never heard of it. Focus? About as much as a squirrel on espresso. Then Ceaser got involved. Now Rocky is ON POINT. He follows commands, stays focused, listens, and actually looks at me like he understands what I'm saying instead of looking at me like I owe him money. This dog went from "Yo Adrian!" to "Yes, sir!" real quick. His focus now is like an 80s Rocky training montage -- running through the Siberian mountains, punching frozen meat, climbing snow-covered steps, and somehow getting stronger every session. Ceaser, you're not just a dog trainer -- you're Mickey. You saw Rocky had potential when the rest of us were just trying to figure out what the hell was going on. Seriously though, the professionalism, patience, knowledge, and results from TK9 are second to none. You can tell Ceaser genuinely understands dogs and knows exactly how to bring the best out of them. Thank you, Ceaser, and the entire TK9 team. Rocky is a completely different dog. If you're looking for a rabbit veterinarian for a routine spay, Paws and Claws may not be the right…read morefit. All I wanted was to have my rabbit spayed. Instead, I felt like I had to jump through one expensive hoop after another, and in the end, she was never even spayed. I want to be clear that this review is **not** about the front desk staff or the technicians. They were always kind, compassionate, and treated both my rabbit and me with respect. I have nothing but appreciation for them. My concern is with the veterinarian's approach to my rabbit's care. What should have been a straightforward pre-surgical process turned into repeated delays, additional testing, and significant extra costs. One of the reasons my rabbit's spay was delayed was because of her E. cuniculi (ECUN) blood test. My rabbit had a **negative IgM** (which does not suggest an active infection) and a **positive IgG** (which indicates previous exposure and immune memory). Positive IgG results are common in pet rabbits and, on their own, do not mean a rabbit has an active infection. Rabbit owners should know that many rabbit veterinarians do **not** require an IgG result of zero before performing a routine spay. If you're told otherwise, I encourage you to ask questions or seek a second opinion. Delaying a spay also has risks, including an increased risk of uterine cancer in intact female rabbits. Unfortunately, after spending a significant amount of money and months trying to move forward with the procedure, I lost confidence in the medical recommendations and chose to take my rabbit elsewhere.
