Glamorous puppies- Alex (the owner) is the epitome of a gentlemen, honorable man and honest business owner. By the time we were done with this experience we felt like we bought a puppy from a family member. Our story didn't start out so happy (no fault of the owner) We bought a beautiful little -micro Maltese (we named him Versace) turns out this little boy had a malformed liver duct that we would only discover days later. We called Alex on the weekend and told him something was wrong (at the time we just didn't know what) ... we were literally over 5 hours away. " he offered to meet us and take the puppy to the clinic" at no charge to us. Alex did everything he could to help us and the puppy along with the VET. I would love to say the puppy survived but he didn't .. the vet explained it was some weird malformation that only would have come to light over time.. OUR VET BILL WAS ZERO DOLLARS. After shared tears with Alex he replaced our puppy and we even went home with a second puppy (that my husband fell in love with while sitting discussing the situation) We left with Valentino and Louis Vuitton (aka Louie). Weeks later Alex checked in to make sure we were happy and the puppies were doing ok. We are not movie stars or famous people (like maybe some of the other people that have bought from him) - but Alex treated us as such. We live 2 counties away and we recommend taking the drive... it's worth it ! Please know this ... any place can sell you a beautiful puppy, But it takes a honest business owner (who genuinely care about his puppies) to stand by your side in the event there is something that goes wrong. God bless Alex and his business always
Horrible experience bought my Yorkie here with Daniel and she was sick with parvo had to take her to the vet constantly getting meds thanks to the vet she survived after doing breathing treatments and antibiotics for over 2 months. Realized I was missing her papers and contacted Denise which was another unpleasant experience took about a month to solve that issue. Avoid this puppy mill pet shop!!!! Go to a breeder where you can see the parents...
We had such a wonderful experience buying our first puppy from GP. We spent weeks meeting with breeders and visited many different shops looking for a hypo allergenic option for our allergic girls. The minute we walked in to GP we felt a sense of honesty and peace. The puppies were well cared for, clean, the store and cages were spotless. In talking to the owner we realized that this was much more than just a business deal. He sat with us and took time to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our schnoodle is in excellent health and happy. Thank you, Glamorous Puppies for helping us find the perfect addition to our family!
We are so happy with our Cavapoo! This is our second puppy from this shop (red toy poodle). I HIGHLY recommend Glamorous Puppies. The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the owner, Denise is very sweet and compassionate and loves what she does. Even checks up on the puppy after. The animal clinic they work with is also great. Every single one of their puppies are beautiful! Very professional. You will not be disappointed.
As you can see our yorkie Montego is in his bed chilling. During our search to finding our puppy. I realize that there's a lot of people who sells yorkie at a extremely high price. Out of all the pet stores we visited in our central area, none of the pet stores had a reasonable price. We came across Glamoures puppies on Instagram. We spoke with Denise. This lady has the best customer service ever! She explain everything in detail. So we made the drive to Miami from Orlando. Once we arrive, Denise had everything ready and organized. She even check up on our dog a couple of days later. She's amazing and the price was reasonable and I'm looking forward to getting a husky next time.
We drove 1 hour to get our 2 month old Cavapoo here and are extremely happy we did! Denise was so communicative over text and when she arrived at the store. All of her puppies seem healthy and are from reputable breeders. We received our the breeder contact information so we can receive our new pups ancestry. There was a language barrier (Spanish) with the man working there before Denise arrived so it was difficult to ask questions at first and understand why we could only see the puppies for a couple minutes at a time. However when Denise arrive she cleared everything up and was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and gave us tips for the first week with our new dog. She also gave us dog food and said to text her if we have any questions. Overall I was happy to work with Denise as she made us feel comfortable and a very sweet person.
Best pet shop ever!!!!!. After looking and shopping around we found glamorous puppies. Super happy with their service and professionalism. The owner Denise keeps you updated with everything. She answers every call every text. Even after our little Sam is been home for Two weeks. I usually don't trust business just bc the simple fact that all they care about is money this company loves what they do. Thank you Denise we got our dream puppy my kids love their little bother
I absolutely adored this pet shop! They have all sorts of puppy breeds to choose from, and they are all beautiful and friendly! I picked up my puppy Cash and the whole process was very quick, less than an hour after entering the shop I had my puppy in tow with me! The owner was sooo helpful throughout the process, and outlined the information perfectly. The facilities are clean, and they sell al the products your new puppy would need. There is financing available, and the prices are pretty reasonable. If in need of a puppy, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
Extremely clean store, the most beautiful puppies, reasonable prices, and the sweetest owner you can tell she cares and loves every single one of these pups. What more can you ask for? So pleased with my furry baby boy!! Recommended 100%
Out of all the pet shops we went to this one was perhaps the best one I've been to. You can feel the love the moment you walk in. Definitely not your regular pet store. I would recommend to anyone looking for a puppy. Denise was very nice and professional. Our mini golden doddle is beautiful and healthy.
This pet shop looks more like a fine jewelry store than a puppy store! Absolutely spotless, (both locations, but we went to bird road) beautiful decor and of course, the puppies are gorgeous! I bought a french bulldog the week before all this corona virus news hit and it was a blessing. Never would i have imagined, or them, that such a gorgeous puppy would later develop signs of a sickness beyond anyone's control. Gladly, the owner Alex and my salesperson Denise showed they are true professionals and compassionate individuals, helping me with the medical care the pup needed (at no cost to me) and later, sadly having to surrender the pup back to them in exchange for the beautiful, healthy puppy i now have. Yes, you might agree its a truly sad story, but thank God i dealt with a reputable store such as theirs, who took responsibility for something that i truly believe was beyond their control. My frenchie, Matisse, is our joy at this time of uncertainty, has brought joy to our home and kept us well entertained. I'm truly thankful to Glamorous Puppies for handling a difficult situation with such care and concern. Denise, thank you for your follow up calls and Alex, i truly thank you and will keep recommending you to everyone who compliments our sweet Matisse! Judge for yourselves... 3,345+ followers on instagram! Check him out on IG @matisse.the.frenchie This frenchie found his forever home, and we are super happy to be his pawrents!!!
Wow.. just wow. I don't even know where to start. I work in the ER, lost my father not too long ago, and my mom had just lost her best friend due to covid yesterday. My moms dream dog was a red toy poodle and I decided to pull the trigger and start looking for one. I stumbled upon Glamorous Puppies on yelp and the reviews were wonderful so I went ahead and gave them a call. The owner answered the phone and was so sweet, she kindly told me she will call me right back because she was with a client. I respected that because great customer service means giving clients your undivided attention, especially when they're buying a puppy. I liked that so much so, that I just got in my car and started heading over there. She called me back and I told her I was on the way already. We both laughed and she said she would wait for me. Once I got there, she greeted me and introduced herself. The place was spotless and the puppies looked so healthy and happy. I initially was interested in two, but she told me one of them was already on hold for a client. She said she wouldn't even accept more money for the puppy because she gave her word to the client. Her loyalty and respect for clients is admirable, because any other person would take more money over anything. I was truly impressed. Though, that dog was adorable, the one that came home with me yesterday is the most adorable, loving, and precious puppy I've ever laid eyes on. She explained everything to me in detail and considering that I was a vet tech for 6 years prior to my new career, her knowledge on their care was on point. We spoke, got to know each other, and listened carefully to all of her instructions. The process went extremely smooth, and finally I got to hold my new puppy and take him home. I trusted that this was the best choice and that he was coming from a safe place. Denise, you're incredible, I can't thank you enough for making me and my family so happy. We haven't smiled this way in a while and we will refer you to everyone we know. So if anyone is reading this and debating whether this is the place you should get your new puppy from, don't wait any longer. This was the best decision I've ever made. Thank you once again Glamorous Puppies, From my family to you and your team.
I just fell in love with my puppy when I walked through the door! As a first time pet owner... I was so nervous, but Alex and Denise guided me through the entire process. I felt comfortable leaving the store having better training knowledge. Not to mention, I highly doubt they would have let me left with my puppy if they felt I was an unfit owner. They really care about all their beautiful puppies. Any time I have a question, I never hesitate to contact them... they always answer! I found Glam Pups via P Diddy's IG account... that was enough credentials for me! Thank you so much!!! I just love my growing pup!

My boyfriend & I are first time pawrents & after doing a lot of research online we decided glamorous puppies was the best choice and it was the best decision we could've done! We took home a healthy & adorable 3 month old red toy poodle & we named him Jäger! He's now 5 months and is doing super good. They are a small local business which I love! Ambiance in the store was also very clean & neat. You can tell they truly care for the puppies and take good care of them! The staff was super attentive & helpful when we were going through the process. I highly recommend glamorous puppies to all my friends & acquaintances that are interested in buying a pup! Definitely will be coming back in the future & I'm so glad I found a puppy shop I can trust. Thank you glamorous puppies for helping find my best friend read more

It's been almost a month now since we found Glamorous Puppies and we fell in love with our Frenchie "Prince Charming!" I have to agree with other reviews that our service has been excellent, all our questions were answered almost instantly and I've never been to a pet store that was so nice and the puppies were all gorgeous and so well taken care of! The owner still checks in on our baby from time to time! We highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough about Glamorous Puppies! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed!! The personalized service that Daniel, the owner, offered us was unlike other places we'd visited. The shop was impeccably clean, the puppies were adorable, happy, and active. You can tell they are all being cared for very well. As my mom and I looked around, we stumbled upon the most precious, curious, and coquette eyes...that's when we found our "Princess". Daniel brought her out for us and allowed us to play with her a bit, giving us a chance to bond, which was great! The process was seamless, they had all of the puppy's paperwork in order so we could take her home right away! It's been a week since we brought "Princess" home, and she has been so happy and healthy...and what's best, Daniel and the staff had been training her to use the PeePee Pads, and it's apparent, because that's the only place she'll do it at home. My mother could not be more happier with her "Princess"...Thank you Glamorous Puppies!! read more

Please do not purchase from these people. I bought a yorkie from them, and three days later the dog was diagnosed with parvo. I spent thousands of dollars trying to save the dog, but unfortunately a week later the dog died in the hospital. Denisse and Daniel pretend to be good people and in reality their puppies come from puppy mills. When confronted they insulted me and called me crazy. I do not wish the pain of the loss of a pet on anyone, especially only a week after obtaining the dog. Please see below a picture of my puppy fighting for her life in isolation. read more

Overall good experience. Clean place. Professional owners. Only reason I took one star is because aside from the puppy we purchased the kennel package for $ 200 and that is way overpriced. A 36 inches kennel costs $60 at Walmart, 100 training pads for $ 12 at Walmart, royal pet food another 14 sillas ok amazon. You will save around a $100 if you shop for the accessories somewhere else. read more

I really have nothing bad to say about this place! We had stopped in a few times over the past couple months hesitant on deciding where we wanted to get a dog. I had stopped in other places but no place was as inviting and informative as the owner at this business was. All the dogs looked happy and it was obvious the owner knew what she was talking. I recently decided on a pomsky and I'm so happy with my choice. She's healthy and happy and adjusting to our home very well! read more
