I cannot describe how grateful I am to ACA Dog Training for what they have done for me and my dog…read morePenny. When I adopted my dog from Animal Services this year, she was dog reactive and difficult to walk on a leash. After my 6 sessions with ACA, Penny is an entirely different dog. She attended group classes and continued to learn, grow, and in my opinion, excel. Not only is Penny better, but I am a much better handler to help guide her through every day life. The bond we share has only deepened and it is because of the wonderful people here and the time we have all put into my dog. I now have the confidence and skills to properly handle my dog anywhere we go, even my neighbors have noticed how well behaved she is. If you have to choice, bring your dog here. They will take excellent care of them and you will learn so much. I cannot recommend them enough.

Though I have had dogs my whole life, I recently became a 1st time German Shepherd mom and quickly…read morerealized that this breed is in a class of its own. My boy, Rex, is super smart and eager to please, but he is also a fast-growing and powerful animal, so I knew that I needed to be absolutely sure how to best handle him. I did a ton of research and completed a few evaluations at various training facilities before deciding to go with Rush K-9 Doral. They were definitely not the cheapest option, but I could tell from just the evaluation that they truly know what they are doing and that they genuinely care about the dogs they train. Before I even left the evaluation appointment, I decided to sign up and make the investment. Now that Rex has graduated from their basic obedience course, I can say without hesitation that this investment was well worth every penny and then some! Rex is a different dog and I am a different handler, both for the better. He no longer pulls me on our walks and no longer barks, growls or lunges at strangers. He is much more attentive to me as his handler and much more responsive to commands. Best of all, the trainers at Rush K-9 helped me learn how to improve the bond between me and my dog. We have a better connection now than we did before his training and thanks to the trainers' expert advice, I now know how to keep that going and reinforce everything he has learned. Rex loved going to train and is already missing the trainers. I definitely plan to continue Rex's training with more advanced obedience soon and won't even consider using a different trainer because I believe that all the amazing trainers at Rush K-9 are as good as it gets. If you are looking for highly professional trainers who know exactly what they are doing and will get you the results you need, look no further than Rush K-9. You won't be disappointed and your dog is worth it!

I would certainly NOT recommend Melanie to anyone. I purchased a puppy from her. When my puppy was…read moredelivered, Melanie did NOT provide all the papers that was promised, I had to text and email her a couple times in order to receive most of the papers. My puppy did NOT come microchipped as promised, I found out when I took my puppy to the vet and when asked she said it was out of stock and she forgot to tell me. I realized my puppy had a leaking urine issue very early on and when I discussed with Melanie she said it could be because the puppy was still too young and didn't have much control over her bladder. As time went on, the leaking issue continues. I have had to pay almost 2 thousands dollars on her medical just regarding the leaking issue since she keeps getting UTIs and infections in her private area and her belly. After running some tests, Xray and Ultrasound, doctor suggested that my puppy has ectopic ureter and surgery and extra tests would be needed to hopefully fix the issue, which would cost me about $7000. I then informed Melanie about the doctor's finding as I always have since this is the condition that she was born with and insurance will not cover it. I have been nothing but patient and nice to Melanie as I understand things can happen but needed to say, she never responded to my messages, her Facebook and website have been shut down. Please DO NOT buy a puppy from her. This is certainly NOT the way you handle business, treating customers and treating puppies/dogs. Attached is a few of the messages between me and Melanie.

Prior to finding Paws of Love I searched all of Miami for one, admittedly, I even checked puppy shops and ended up being horrified by them. When I stumbled across her website I knew that I had to reach out for more information. She set up a phone call with me after I provided my contact info and I knew from that first conversation how much passion and love she has for golden doodles. She shared so much information with me and made me feel so comfortable, that day we set up a date for me to go meet her at her home and the Mom and Dad of my soon to be Madeline. The experience was wonderful and I then committed to buying through her. Throughout the entire process she was in communication with me and sent me regular updates even prior to the due date. After the litter was born she sent regular pictures and videos of their progress and even sent "pawtography" photos. I knew my new puppy was in great hands. Sandra went above and beyond, she even took care of Madeline for a few extra days for me since I was on a work trip on the "take home" day. After Madeline came home she was always available to answer my questions and provided me with the tools I needed to be successful bringing a puppy into my home. I am forever grateful for the experience I had with Sandra and am so happy that I stumbled upon Paws of Love. I still keep in contact with her and she stays up to date with Madeline's and my adventures. I also want to add that Madeline is in great health and never had any issues that are common with puppies. Thank you for helping me find my fur-ever friend!
