Michelle is amazing and gives you so much more than the actual physical training. She will recommend training tools, give you educational material to read, and is always available between sessions to help talk you through any issues. In one session my dog went from walking ahead of me at the end of his leash to walking right next to me on a loose lead; everything is done with positive reinforcement.
