Obviously my dogs will not eat if their food is right next to feces or urine. And they did not even send a message of them not touching the food... Feeding dogs in a soiled suite is a basic sanitation issue and completely unacceptable for a facility that markets itself as a luxury pet resort with 24-hour staff and daily housekeeping. We ended the stay early because we no longer felt comfortable leaving our dogs there. Although they refunded the unused nights, no one apologized for what we witnessed. We were even charged for baths, yet our dogs came home still smelling dirty. We paid thousands of dollars expecting exceptional care. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

Daisy is great with animals, she trains them while they are there and gives them a lot of love. I have left Roxy with Daisy for up to two weeks and Roxy comes back as if she is the one that has been on vacation. :) Daisy even buys the kinds of toys Roxy likes to play with and sits with Roxy while she eats (Roxy only eats when she has company around lol) While I am away Daisy sends pics and is always available by phone or text to provide a daily update. I then go to ask for my dog back to take him to a real care facility. The Clinic. Manager is then baffled im not okay with paying people $6,000 to take care of me dog when they cant even send an email or transfer a phone call without hanging up. BTW this was my first time there. I never want you or your pets to go through this ever! STAY FAR AWAY go to VEG miami 24/7 support who actually are true medical professionals and care about your pets. I highly recommend him as a board certified surgeon. Topher recently passed away due to other causes, and wanting to send Dr. Dominguez a thank you gift, I called the clinic. Upon asking if the manager or Dr. Dominguez was in, I was deliberately hung up on immediately - not once, but twice. I feel like I should communicate this because if I was the business owner/manager, I would want to know.
