Which I dismissed because everyone has a bad day here and they all ways did an excellent job at grooming my dog. I even had him boarded there once and it was great. However, when you are steady client and go there often, Aylee, you can definitely change the tone and delivery when you communicate with your customers.

They refused to even look at the confirmation and offered zero options or courtesy before heartlessly whisking our dog away to a kennel like a piece of luggage. This was not just poor customer service--this was cruel and unethical. No effort to resolve the issue. No request for another form of payment. No humanity. Went to pick puppy up this weekend after a week-long stay. $880 plus a $125 tip. Super expensive, but we always thought it was money well spent because our dog is like a child to us. Anyway, card gets processed by bank but shows declined at resort. Weird, but I can see why as it was almost $1k. Long story short, as soon as the card gets declined they take my dog and lock him up in a secret room where I can't see him. I'm like, where did he go? Instant response was you can't have the dog until payment goes through. This despite paying thousands of dollars in fees and tips over the past several years. We were instantly treated as degenerates. Did not matter that my bank showed it processed on my phone. I mean, I don't carry $1k in cash on me, so it felt like they were going to keep the dog until I could find the cash. They could not care less. 100% about the money and absolutely no bedside manner. Was very hurtful seeing my dog taken away from me. We loved this place. So sad we got treated this way. To address response by "Sam": 1. One (not multiple) card attempt was declined. My bank now shows that I paid your company twice. We have not been refunded for overpayment. 2. Our dog was removed from my possession for one reason - to secure payment. It was a snap reaction by your staff to the card being declined. 3. Manager did not attempt resolution - he just explained it was your policy to keep the dog. That's not a resolution, that is heavy-handed business. 4. A manager called us once and, like a judge, said he would need to hear both sides to determine who was at fault. Since then he sent a text admitting SOMI was at fault. Please do not try to sugarcoat this - you did wrong and need to own it.

Roxy is a senior dog (12 years to be exact) and Roxy comes home with more energy after spending time at Daisy's house. Daisy is great with animals, she trains them while they are there and gives them a lot of love. I have left Roxy with Daisy for up to two weeks and Roxy comes back as if she is the one that has been on vacation. :) Daisy even buys the kinds of toys Roxy likes to play with and sits with Roxy while she eats (Roxy only eats when she has company around lol) While I am away Daisy sends pics and is always available by phone or text to provide a daily update. Daisy is also flexible with drop off and pick up times. I love my dog like she is a child and I feel very comfortable leaving Roxy with Daisy. I am sure you'll be happy with her services.

EVEN when I asked to do that before I left. They wouldnt even give me a QUOTE on the surgery cost before I paid for xrays we already had. I then go to ask for my dog back to take him to a real care facility. The Clinic. Manager is then baffled im not okay with paying people $6,000 to take care of me dog when they cant even send an email or transfer a phone call without hanging up. BTW this was my first time there. I never want you or your pets to go through this ever! STAY FAR AWAY go to VEG miami 24/7 support who actually are true medical professionals and care about your pets. She can either pick him up or we drop him off at her house. Throughout our trip she sends us frequent updates and pictures! She also has her own pup which has become our dogs best friend haha. They love playing together and Bruce loves Fatima. When he sees her he freaks out with happiness. She takes the pups on frequent walks, trips to the park, and can also administer medicine if needed.
