Booking: Scottie Paws recently launched online booking! It's been super easy to get an appointment. I've never had a big problem squeezing my little guy in for a grooming appointment. Cleanliness & Ambience: I always thought their location was nice and clean, but their renovation has been great too. You can see the grooming table and I often see them grooming dogs and cats. How are they with pets? These ladies are amazing with my dog! Every single time they greet my dog with a lot of love. They have gotten used to his personality. Since my dog is really shy and scared of other dogs, they know to keep him separate from other dogs. If your dog is friendly and likes other dogs, I'll often see them walking around freely. Grooming: I find that grooming here is reasonably priced for the high quality that I get. My dog gets a bath, shave, cut, nail trim, and ear trim always. He looks really handsome afterwards and my vet always raves about how amazing a job they do on my dog's ear hair. I've also paid for teeth brushing when I'm having a hard time with my dog, and they do such a good job. Parking: There is free parking in the space outside their location, as it's a little strip mall near Tamiami Park & Expo Center.

If a facility cannot tell an owner whether a physical change was documented over a 17-day stay, it signals either inadequate daily supervision or a culture of avoiding open communication out of liability defensiveness. Trust is critical when leaving a pet for an extended period, and the lack of proactive care and accountability here means we will not be returning.

Instead, we watched through the live suite camera as our dogs were fed breakfast while there was still feces and what appeared to be urine in their suite. The attached screenshots show the waste remained in the room from 7:43 AM until at least 8:28 AM, and the suite wasn't cleaned until later that morning. Obviously my dogs will not eat if their food is right next to feces or urine. And they did not even send a message of them not touching the food... Feeding dogs in a soiled suite is a basic sanitation issue and completely unacceptable for a facility that markets itself as a luxury pet resort with 24-hour staff and daily housekeeping. We ended the stay early because we no longer felt comfortable leaving our dogs there. Although they refunded the unused nights, no one apologized for what we witnessed. We were even charged for baths, yet our dogs came home still smelling dirty. We paid thousands of dollars expecting exceptional care. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

Daisy is great with animals, she trains them while they are there and gives them a lot of love. I have left Roxy with Daisy for up to two weeks and Roxy comes back as if she is the one that has been on vacation. :) Daisy even buys the kinds of toys Roxy likes to play with and sits with Roxy while she eats (Roxy only eats when she has company around lol) While I am away Daisy sends pics and is always available by phone or text to provide a daily update. Daisy is also flexible with drop off and pick up times. I love my dog like she is a child and I feel very comfortable leaving Roxy with Daisy. I am sure you'll be happy with her services.

EVEN when I asked to do that before I left. They wouldnt even give me a QUOTE on the surgery cost before I paid for xrays we already had. I then go to ask for my dog back to take him to a real care facility. The Clinic. Manager is then baffled im not okay with paying people $6,000 to take care of me dog when they cant even send an email or transfer a phone call without hanging up. BTW this was my first time there. I never want you or your pets to go through this ever! STAY FAR AWAY go to VEG miami 24/7 support who actually are true medical professionals and care about your pets. They love playing together and Bruce loves Fatima. When he sees her he freaks out with happiness. She takes the pups on frequent walks, trips to the park, and can also administer medicine if needed.
