I called them about it and they told me it would be going out that evening and would arrive Thursday. No apologies, and they never offered to tell me that we would be refunded for the delayed delivery. 30 days later I was able to visit my father again and he gave me the receipt (he's not good with picture taking on cell phoes, etc). So I called the store and they told me I had to request refund within 15 days. They could have told me the fist time I called them. Actually good service would have been to make sure UPS picked up the package the day it was dropped off!

Hands down the BEST moving company I've ever worked with!…read more I recently moved to Florida and found Lifestyle Moving and Storage on Yelp. At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving in or around Florida!

I have moved many times across the country, and I can confidently say that this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. From the moment they arrived, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with care and efficiency, clearly knowledgeable and well-prepared for the task. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about my belongings, but about making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they had my back every step of the way. Their honesty and dedication were refreshing, and it made a stressful day so much easier. If you're looking for a moving team that combines skill with heart, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be referring anyone I know who's planning a move. Every other mailbox i have or have had gives a 30 day grace period. Additionally, they have a GIANT banner stating "We'll match any competitors price guaranteed". So I asked about purchasing a box, they said it was $5 (excessive) and I showed a competitors price which was half of theirs and they said oh no we're not going to match that our quality is better. So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.

I was told the issue would be reported and escalated. I told ShipSmart that I was going to pay by credit card because I was worried. My desk arrived with two legs sheared off. No damage to the outside of the box. I sought repair and was told this was intentional aggressive damage. ShipSmart keeps telling me they are looking into it and will get back to me but the end of the day. I have had to call multiple times and keep getting redirected.
