He came to my work location and gave me a reasonable estimate. On moving day, the movers arrived, exactly on time, and moved everything within a few hours. The movers were great, they wrapped paintings carried, heavy furniture and were so polite. They never took a break. I was awed when they presented the bill that was much lower than the estimate. I love this business and recommend them to any one who is making a local move.

They were also incredibly punctual (early, in fact), patient & just all-round great guys with whom my husband & I felt at ease almost immediately. They were focused, efficient and didn't let rain, 5 o'clock rush traffic OR 4 elevator-less flights of stairs stifle their enthusiasm or work ethic. If all Bellhops are like these guys, then we'll be definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future. We'll also be "Bellhoping" exclusively whenever we need some moving muscle!

Worst experience ever! The movers they hired were so unprofessional. They came late and each one of…read morethem arrived at different times. One of them admitted that he was homeless. They smoked by our garage and they had left cigarette butts in our garage. We told them that we had a flight at 5 pm and that they had to finish by the latest 3:30 p.m. so we could leave. They finished around 4 pm and had a 20 min discussion in our home on how each one of them were going to get paid even though we told them we had to leave. Worst of it is when our furniture was delivered, there were many damaged items. When I called bellhop, they sent me a claims form and offered $200 for no less than $7000 worth of furniture. This is the worst experience ever!! I would NEVER select bellhop again. They find movers without checking how good they are and then they don't fix what their unprofessional "movers" caused. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURES TO BE DELIVERED SAFELY.

I was able to schedule this service with only about 36 hours' notice. For $750 ($300 deposit), I had 3 young, strong guys for 4 hours (I only needed them for 3 hours, but they have a 4 hour minimum). They have tarps and such to cover any belongings that may be left outside and the company is licensed and insured in case of any damage. I cannot comment on things like wrapping furniture or fitting it in the van because those things were not part of the eviction move out service. I thought the price was on the high side but again, they are licensed and insured and that costs money. Additionally, they were available on short notice, which is always going to be more expensive. Bottom line, they were a great partner for a stressful experience.

So fist thing I hired them to move me from apartments this time in the same building.
