There are also a multitude of people who use some of the units as a residence, and obviously have more than enough time to get into peoples' lockers during the night, when the facility is closed, and steal from them. While I've been a long time customer, I'll be looking forward to moving my things elsewhere.

The hallways are wide to make navigation with the free dollys simple. They allow moving in and out until 10pm seven days a week although the office closes at 6pm, which should really be open until 7p or 8p to assist possible new tenants upon leaving work. The rates are competitive and the grounds are clean. Directly in front of the officevis a loading and unloading area. Security cameras are everywhere but no security officer on duty. There are several sizes of Uhaul rentals available at the north side of the building.

They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.

The only challenge I during this whole process was with the transport company themselves - they had agreed to a delivery period (after 8pm because my friend receiving my vehicle works full time) and the day before insisted my friend HAD to be available from 12-2pm to receive my car and they could not do any other time. They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway!
