He then claimed the damage could not have been caused by tape because they "don't use tape," which is completely untrue. The evidence is obvious: they did use tape, and when it was removed, it peeled the paint off my furniture and left sticky residue all over the metal parts of my bed and my modern furniture. I hired this company based on their positive reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Poor handling of furniture and even worse customer service.

Not only were they super sweet, but they were very efficient amongst themselves to be sure that they were productive dividing and conquering all the work. They wrapped every single item so gently, literally nothing got damaged. Again, that's a first for me. I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move.
