Everything was protected with moving blankets, and any glass items were wrapped with extra care. They handled my belongings like they were their own. The real MVP moment was when they somehow got my giant couch out of my condo and carried it down the stairs because it wouldn't fit in the elevator--no complaints, just problem-solving and teamwork.
