Joe and his team are amazing! I had a shipment mishap and one of my customer's overseas packages got "stuck" at the Miami USPS ISC in route to Canada. I was required to either pick the package up in person or it would have been destroyed. However, I was able to use Miami Courier Express and send Joe a release letter with a prepaid shipping label. He went there, picked the shipment up on my behalf and it's now safely on its way back to me. Just stellar communication, promptness and overall service. The price to do all this was extremely reasonable too. Talk about bailing me out of a jam! What's even better is I now have a solid and reliable courier service to call upon if this situation ever happens again (which I sure hope it doesn't because what a mess). Ubaldo personally took care of my delivery requirements and was personally in touch with me during the entire process (which was useful as I do not live in the US and had to manage the process from afar). I needed to deliver an urgent paperwork from Miami to Tallahassee same day. I've contacted few courier companies and not only they wouldn't do it, but to do this next day they were charging me insane amount. Luckily I found Miami Courier Express. No need to sweat with these guys! I had a very tight window for them to deliver to me while on a layover at Miami Airport and they made it easy. They got the package to me earlier than expected. The amazing thing was that FedEx only said that their team would get the package to deliver to me at 1030a. Not only did they get the package to me within my 15 minute window of opportunity, they got the package to me before FedEx said was possible. I got my package 8 minutes after FedEx's 10:30a time. I could not be happier with Miami Courier Express! I was staying in Miami on vacation and my 3 year old son left his little stuffed animal/snuggie in our hotel room. He was crushed! It was his favorite one and he can't sleep without it :/ Miami Courier Express came to the rescue!
