Of course with the price being so good we had concerns of quality work but we were not disappointed at all. We did the online booking which was basically a questionnaire to help guide you and provided you a quote at the end. The booking allows you to pick the amount of movers you would like, as well as the hours. There's a table on the booking website that gives you an idea of how to select the number of movers and hours it would take depending on the size of your home. Keep in mind there is a 2 hour minimum but you can select full service or labor only. There's also one option called the gold service which also includes packing service! Once you've set everything up the final step is to pay a $50 deposit. After completing the online booking I received a call the same day from Chris. He was super informative and made me feel comfortable/worry free about my move. As soon as the movers were nearby they gave me a call to say they'll arrive soon and they basically asked me how to get to the apartment and got everything loaded up. They were super friendly and when unloading they made sure to ask me where I wanted everything. After my experience with Knightspeed I will never be moving on my own.
