I recently moved in with my boyfriend and decided it was time to try movers to ease stress. KnightSpeed was the best option we found. We did a lot of research but their prices were the best! Of course with the price being so good we had concerns of quality work but we were not disappointed at all. We did the online booking which was basically a questionnaire to help guide you and provided you a quote at the end. The booking allows you to pick the amount of movers you would like, as well as the hours. There's a table on the booking website that gives you an idea of how to select the number of movers and hours it would take depending on the size of your home. Keep in mind there is a 2 hour minimum but you can select full service or labor only. There's also one option called the gold service which also includes packing service! Once you've set everything up the final step is to pay a $50 deposit. After completing the online booking I received a call the same day from Chris. He was super informative and made me feel comfortable/worry free about my move. As soon as the movers were nearby they gave me a call to say they'll arrive soon and they basically asked me how to get to the apartment and got everything loaded up. They were super friendly and when unloading they made sure to ask me where I wanted everything. After my experience with Knightspeed I will never be moving on my own. This company is currently accepting deposits and bookings while being knowingly overbooked. You can expect ZERO communication on the matter, even after attempting to contact them multiple times throughout the day. My mother booked her Monday appointment, paid her deposit, and received a confirmation number on Saturday morning at 10:00am. Had she not messaged KnightSpeed on Facebook, she would not have even received notice of appointment cancelation at all instead of at 10pm the night before her 9:00am move. There's plenty of good reviews; hopefully you don't need to schedule services for months out and don't mind them only offering their "sincerest apologies" when they turn out to be unreliable and ZERO communication or accommodation for their own mishandling. read more

We did have one of the guys show up late, but by the time he'd arrived, the first guy had all the boxes loaded..really hustled even in the extreme heat. We recently hired Knightspeed moving to help us move our furniture from our current apartment to our new house. After looking around at different moving companies, Knightspeed was definitely the best priced. I attempted to book online for 2 hours with 3 movers. The day of the move, only 2 guys showed up. Which was okay... but if I knew only 2 guys were coming, I would have probably booked for longer. Regardless, they started and immediately started moving stuff out. The issue came when they attempted to get the couch out. It ended up taking an hour and a half, tons of scratches on the walls, a broken handrail, and a call to the manager just to get it out. Overall for the 4 hour move, the manager only ended up charging me $272. BUT! With all of the repairs including fixing the handrail, buying caulk and buying all the paint, we are now are most likely gonna lose our safety deposit. Also, when they broke the handrail, their response was "just glue it". I would recommend using KnightSpeed to move cheap "college" furniture, but probably not nice furniture read more

These guys are the best!!! They also are very nice respectful guys. They were so careful with our possessions and had all the equipment needed to move. Tools blankets, wrapping and packing. They treated our things and our home with TLC. They rebuilt our furniture with such care. They are also very strong. I watched them bench press a piece of our furniture that our other movers could not or would not even get up our stairs. read more

So we had them move from One apartment to a townhome that was literally 30 yards apart. They arrived late because the truck broke down and brought a small U haul Van and had to make around 8 trips to move my small 2 bedroom apartment. They moved the furniture only no boxes just 2 beds, Entertainment center, Couch, Dresser, and some night stands. They had movers at our new apartment to unpack our truck mere hours after we called to see if there was any way they could help (on the Saturday move in before UCF started of all days). I have just finished using KnightSpeed Moving company (Orlando, Fl) and I will never use this company again in the future. The two movers was very nice and polite, but was thirty minutes late. This was the slowest moving company I have ever use. I have use plenty of moving company before, but none was available in short notice. I took a chance on this company. It took the movers 3 and 1/2 hours to pack our vehicle. That was the amount of time it took three different moving company in the past to pack my house, drive to my new destination, then unpack the truck. This company only needed to pack the truck and took the same amount of time. I just lost valuable time and money going with a company that wasn't familiar to me. If you want a company that will be late, take a vast amount of time to load your vehicle, cause you to lose time and money, then this is the company for you. Never again. read more

Had a great moving experience thanks to David and Adrien this past Sunday! This was our first time using movers and we didn't know what to expect. But our movers were friendly, quick and communicative from start to finish. The whole move took 3.25 hours including the drive. We had more things to move than I imagined but the two worked efficiently the whole way, not wasting any time or taking any breaks. We got a call before letting us know they were on their way. Then, they packed the truck full and actually got to the location a few minutes before we did! We received another call from them letting us know they arrived to the new home and pulled up to them already unpacking! David and Adrien were real super stars! We lived in a second floor apartment moving to a two-story home and couldn't imagine doing the same amount of work in the time they accomplished. They were two very nice and polite young guys and came right on time. I had booked two hours for the small job of moving my classroom. They came in a Uhaul and were lacking equipment. They really needed to bring some thing so they can move more than 1 box at a time. The job took a lot longer than expected and longer than it should. The manager called personally to apologize. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of follow-up after Jose came to my mother's condo to estimate the cost of her move. I emailed Knightspeed at least 2 times as well as called and spoke with someone there about not receiving an estimate. If they weren't interested in making the move from Florida to Massachusetts, I wish I would have been told so in the first place, rather than being lied to ( eg the estimate was emailed to me on 3 occasions) and being kept waiting.
