I was so ready to give the company 5 stars when the phone call and booking process went so…read moresmoothly. I knew that I was asking for a lot when I was searching for a same-day delivery service, the day after Christmas but I was willing to try anyways. I was told it would be $270 for 2 men for 3 hours. My stuff didn't need 3 hours since it was going a few blocks away but it didn't matter since it was going to happen today. The guys were able to come earlier than anticipated and obviously the excitement started to kick in. Now, not at any point was I told to take the drawers out of the dresser but the movers did and I figured this is their job they know what they're doing. Once we got to the other property I had a very important call and I watched as they brought the stuff up. When putting the drawers back into the dresser, the man literally broke it in my face- though I didn't realize it at the time. I thought he was just in a hurry and I thought that's fine I'll go back and readjust it. There was no readjusting he literally shoved the drawers in and broke my dresser and now the drawers barely open or close. Then I see a big chunk missing from my chest of drawers as well. I went down stairs to handle a call and my dad began signing papers and I thought he was signing the rest of the funds. I've never used a moving company before and was unaware he was signing an agreement that everything was fine. As soon as the paper was signed, the men left and I was still on the phone. I took my dad upstairs to show him the damages and he was furious that I hadn't said something earlier. I immediately called the company, still within their working hours and got no response. I wasn't even able to leave a vm. And I texted the number that texted me earlier explaining the situation and still have yet to hear back from them. Take away: - take pictures of all your things before and after they move u - take out/put back all drawers yourself - make sure you inspect it all BEFORE signing anything - just because they're quick doesn't mean they're good :(

I wrote back asking if it's $50 as quoted for work that would take less than an hour or $100. I got no response. I wrote this review. The owner contacted me to apologize. I'm giving extra stars for that. I am always out to support small businesses.

I needed a new shower for the house my wife & I had just purchased, and Ari and his team showed up and completed the job in a record amount of time! Not only that, but Ari allowed me the opportunity to select & purchase my OWN supplies for the job, in order to remain transparent and prove that he was not charging me extra for the supplies I had gotten 100% from Home Depot myself. While Ari was working on my shower, he had sent me pictures of the progress of the shower (every step of the way) directly to my phone, and had suggested (only if I wanted) to add a ceiling shower overhead light (again that I selected & bought myself at Home Depot), since none was there previously. What an excellent suggestion because the shower tiling looks gorgeous lit up with the overhead light Ari had installed! :) Besides these amazing methods so far, he also had told me that there were a few boxes of shower tiling that he did not need, and that I had two options: 1) Return the unused boxes and get a full refund, or 2) Hang onto the boxes, and at a later time (when we were ready and could afford it) use the same exact tiling to redo our bathtub directly next to the shower (since styles frequently expire and are no longer remade by companies) so that the two tiling jobs match one another perfectly! What an excellent suggestion!! Ari & his team are world-class, and I would highly, hands-down, recommend them as the absolute best service that South Florida has to offer....trust me, you will not be disappointed utilizing his services!! Thank you to Ari & your team for giving us the shower of our dreams!! :)))
