Because they were closing up for the day when I asked to speak to the manager the redhead girl at the desk told me she was the manager and that they were closing up, then I asked to speak to her her boss who was a district manager and she went to the back and got the GM. Who also was not helpful and told me she could show me the unit now and I was like how come you could show it to me now and not when I asked, the customer service is I can only imagine what the units look like if these people are the ones caretaking them!
