I highly recommend this company. The movers just left my new house and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. I felt so bad for them because my new place is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and the stairs are extremely narrow. They never complained and they worked so hard. I am truly grateful for the movers. They were very careful with every piece of furniture and box, and they even fixed a treasured family cabinet that had a broken leg for many years. If you want peace of mind during your move, use this company. They were very helpful from the beginning when I first started getting quotes till the minute they left. THANK YOU EASY PRO MOVE! Moving can be a PITA sometimes, especially during the holidays. We recently closed on our house, but the move date kept getting pushed back by a day or two here and there so it was hard to give any moving company an estimated date. However, once we got closer to the actual move, I booked Easy Pro because of 1. pricing and 2. communication. Their prices were cheaper than their competitors and they were quick to respond and followed up to make sure everything good. I booked for this past Monday (12/21/20). However, over the weekend I was told that we couldn't move-in until 12/22/20 due to previous owners still needing additional time to move out. I messaged Easy Pro and they told me that it wasn't an issue and moved me over to 12/22. The booking agent told me that they would arrive between 8 am to 9 am, but would call me first to let me know. They called me at 7:30 and let me know they would be here by 8:15; three guys arrived right at 8:15. They did a quick walkthrough of what needed to be moved. They started right away - two guys loaded all the boxes and such first while one guy started breaking down all the furniture. They were efficient, to say the least, especially considering this was a 3 bedroom and 2 bath place with a garage gym. If anything had damage prior to them packing, they pointed it out to me to make sure I was aware. When they started to unload, they were just as efficient. They put everything where we asked and put everything back together. The job took them a full day, which is definitely worth it, considering if I did it with a group of friends it may have been 2 days worth of work. Definitely worth a hire. read more

These guys were fantastic!! Moving was very easy and they were very professional! They were on time and very efficient. Definitely recommend and will use them the next time we move! read more

Do NOT use them! These guys were terrible! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. The movers did not handle any of the items with care nor did they know how to pack a truck. There was so much damage done to the house. They literally dragged the furniture down the stairs leaving marks and scratches every step of the way. The truck was packed so inefficiently that there were tons of gaps leaving no room for furniture that should have been able to fit. The company also gave me the run around about fixing the damages they made. They told me they would bring out a handyman, but it was impossible to schedule an appointment with him. End of story - They have not fixed a thing. Save yourself the headache and go with another company! I've used other moving companies and never had such a horrible experience as this one. read more

I hired easy pro for a move last month for my move. Pros: 1. Responded quickly 2. We're available for the date I needed them on 3. Reasonably priced compared to others I contacted 4. Arrived on time Cons: 1. Didn't assemble my beds correctly at my new location causing wood slacks and wood stands to break under my bed. I've had my bed frame for 4 years and had no issues. I now have to replace it 2. Didn't put my daughters bed together correctly either. I had to fix the slacks or hers would have broke too. 3. I'm missing a framed picture that they either forgot in the truck or it broke during the travel and they didn't tell me. They didn't bubble wrap it. Just put it in the truck with the rest of my belongings. Overall they got the job done quickly but I would not use them again. read more

After searching around for a reliable moving company that is priced within my budget, I'm extremely glad to have come across EasyPro Move. Thank you for answering my million questions and being patient with me in scheduling for an almost super last minute move. I appreciated the quick responses and information provided. I wasn't there on the day of the move, but my family kept telling me how wonderful Rakhim and his team are. Professional and efficient. Not a minute wasted. They arrived, signed the contract, and got straight to moving items. They weren't trying to prolong hours with chitchat and being slow on purpose, as we had experienced in the past with other companies. My mom is still talking about what a wonderful team EasyPro Move is, how it is the best find ever. Keep in mind, the move was 3 days ago. :) So I was told, all the items moved were carefully wrapped, disassemble/assemble. They were very attentive to details. Not a piece damaged from the move. A couple pieces that didn't not fit in the truck, Rakhim shown such kindness to haul them in his own car. This was definite money well spent- worth it! $175/hr (cash rate) 4 movers + truck This move have been mentally stressful, we really appreciate the amazing work, friendliness and professionalism EasyPro have delivered. We definitely will be calling again for our next move and highly highly recommend it to everyone!!! read more

I'm remodeling my home and have to move out for 8 to 10 months. Decided to use EasyPro based on all the 5 star reviews. I bought the Yelp Deal pay $20 for a $40 voucher. The movers (Dion, the Lead and driver, Jasper & Jesus) were on time 9 AM sharp. When I scheduled the move, I told the phone representative that I'll need garment boxes enough for two closets. When they arrived, there were only 3 small garment boxes, not nearly enough for two closets of dress shirts, suits, jackets and sweaters. I had to use 2 large boxes folding half of my clothes. When the movers assembled my bed frame and placed it in the bedroom, they placed the headboard too close to the wall and marked the freshly painted wall in 3 places. Dion attempted to wipe off the marks with a damp paper towel, but was unsuccessful to remove the marks. He called his manager and got approval to reduce the billable hours by a half hour. I had marked all the boxes on what room in the house they should be placed. Some of the guys were not looking at the marked boxes and they were placed in the wrong room, even after I informed them they need to be reading what room was indicated on the box. read more

Booking with EasyPro Move was very easy. I actually initially requested a quote from a different company but yelp sent a request through to a few companies and EasyPro Move's low hourly rate caught my eye. Initial communication with Rakhim was very easy with fast, clear, direct communication. He then sent an email with confirmation and all the details. On the day of the move, Edwin and Anton were on time and had great communication throughout. When they arrived, they had a fast hustle and positive attitudes which is all you can ask for during a stressful move! read more

I will definitely use EasyPro Move again! I really hate moving and they made it so easy for me. Their prices are unbeatable and their response time was almost instant. They were up front with their fees and the movers showed up on time. Edwin and Jr worked their butts off. I thought I had a little bit of items considering I didn't have a couch, fridge, and washer and dryers but even without those things, I couldn't imagine moving without using EasyPro Move. I had so many boxes, and they really made sure they wrapped my TVs, dressers, mattresses, and bed frame really well. Not once did I see them slacking off. They worked really hard and efficiently. I recommend using EasyPro Move. Ask for Edwin and Jr. read more

Who likes to move? I know I don't. As much as we look forward to our new place it can be exhausting and stressful. Luckily I hired a great company to make the move run smooth. I requested about 10 quotes from 10 different moving companies but I felt Rakhim took the time to respond and answered my questions thoroughly. He replied quick and was very attentive during the booking process. Anatoly and Rafael were my movers and they arrived on time within the window provided by Rakhim. They were careful with all my belongings and took their time to make sure everything was packed correctly to prevent any damage. At the same time, they worked fast and didn't stop once they got started. They had a lot of energy despite all the heavy lifting. They did small talk which made the experience more personable since they didn't feel like strangers, rather felt like friends helping me move. They also placed belongings in the correct assigned room which made it easier for me to store away. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and will hire them again if I do another move. read more

I am about 45 mins into my move, these guys are moving my stuff as I type this, but I can't wait to write this review, the world needs to know how great this company is. Arrived promptly, very professional/polite, great energy, no non-sense and amazing with taking instructions. I can see how careful they are with moving stuff around and loading in the truck methodically. These guys are legit. Almost 4h later we are done. Nothing broken and everything is where they need to be. Mind you I also have 4 painters in the house so everyone really had to maneuver around each other. I still can't believe it. Bottom line, do not let the number of reviews determine your choice or you will be missing out. I am glad Yelp sent my request to this company. This is the ONLY moving company that will have my business moving forward and the ONLY one I will recommend to all my friends and family. read more

Needed to move from two different storage locations on the west side (MDR and Venice) to our new rental home in Echo Park. EasyPro lived up to its name, professional and made it very easy. We got a two man team with one big truck. They showed up at the first storage location on time, moved everything efficiently and safely, and did the same at the second storage location and at our house. I thought it would take longer than it did, but like I mentioned, they are super efficient. Our movers, Edwin and Zolig, were professional, friendly, and conscientious of our belongings, especially the ones labeled "fragile." Don't think we could have asked for a better moving experience. Setting it all up was quite easy as well. Will definitely have EasyPro at the top of the list for our next move. read more

Updated review: The customer service team was great before the move. The team that came wasn't up to snuff. But when I wrote a bad review, they responded immediately, and offered to remedy the situation. I would give their customer service 5 stars. They were appalled when I described the experience I had, and I believed them when they said that was a shock and shamed them. Based on that, I would hire them. Sometimes you just get a dud. But their responsiveness made up for it. Original review: Shitty and didn't care. Dropped and damaged my bicycle. Didn't even apologize. Then dropped a box full of art supplies. Didn't care again. Just pointed out that nothing broke. Said they were not insured. Made up some fake charges. Would never consider using them again. read more

These guys did an incredible job and were professional, easy going & fast. We have a 3 story condo so it definitely wasn't an easy feet and these guys breezed through the work. The guys were taking huge amounts of boxes and did it like it was nothing. The service I got from Anatoly, Maksud, and Joshua during my move yesterday was top notch. They arrived exactly on time (even though I booked the move extremely last minute), they were communicative with me and asked me how and where I wanted things, and they were extremely prompt- they got the whole job done just under the 3hour mark. I appreciate that they neither rushed nor lagged for cost purposes. Their rates are extremely reasonable, especially considering their level of service. All of my stuff arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend EasyPro and will use them for my next move. read more

Note that all of the reviews on here are 5 starts bc the movers ask you to write a review many times during the day and claim that it affects the next jobs that they personably get. Edwin and Daniel were incredibly efficient and this was the smoothest move I've ever experienced. They helped us move very heavy furniture up to a third floor apartment, disassembled a bed, and reassembled it. At the end of the move there was a very awkward disagreement about price- we agreed upon a rate and double drive time but they incorrectly calculated it and insisted that they were correct. It ended with them calling the manager and giving us the correct rate but telling us we were getting a discount for complaining. TLDR: All the reviews on here are five star because the movers ask you several times during the move to write a review. A pretty smooth move for a third floor apartment. Very awkward haggling at the end despite signing a contact. read more

Movin to a new home is very stressful, however Jon Kim and his team made it all so much easier. We were in a rare situation where the person who sold us their house also purchased our house, needless to say, we had to do the move simultaneously and in a short period of time. But Jon and his team worked so very hard to accomplish it and they did it all with a wonderful attitude, despite them only taking ONE 10 MINUTE BREAK in 14 hours of work 9am-11:pm. Moving is horrible!! Especially if it's last minute. After a quick 2 days of research and price comparisons I chose EasyPro Move. We had 3 movers, Anatoly, Carlos and Joshua. They arrived on time and got to work right away. They managed to get the majority of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 2 car garage and big yard home, packed into the first trip. We also had my grandmother's hospital bed, which is incredibly heavy, and with the help of my family they were able to get it on and off the truck without any kind of damage. If we didn't hire them the move would've definitely been a 2-3 day job for us. So it was worth the price to get it all done in one day. I would definitely hire them again. read more
