Fantastic! Harry and his crew arrived at my place on time at 8AM. I hadn't closed on my new condo yet but they helped in my finishing the packing and were very careful with my things. Everything was wrapped carefully and packed and loaded by 10:30AM. No small feat considering the amount of items I have. When they arrived at my new place, the closing was held up do to the wiring of funds. The guys patiently waited and finally got the go-ahead to bring everything in. They worked until after 5PM and got all my things unloaded and placed in the proper rooms. They were great and the cost was very reasonable-especially considering the time and effort spent. I have moved 7 times in 20 years, all within South Florida, and this was the smoothest move as well as the best quote I received. The guys are employees, not contractors, showed up on time, and are an experienced and competent team. The awning in front of my porch presented a challenge for moving in a large armoire (in addition to having to move the piece on grass) and they got it in on the first try. Owner Harry H. and his amazing crew did a brilliant job for us under a great deal of pressure to meet a very difficult time deadline to have everything out of our house! His dedicated crew worked non-stop professionally crating precious sculptures, carefully packing a huge amount of artwork, mirrors and Tiffany lamps with great care!! Our move was truly very large, requiring two vans and five men over two days! Day one saw them packing up everything aside from the 275+ cartons we had packed ourselves and day two they delivered our worldly possessions to our new home and unloaded everything with great care, placing things as instructed by us, without breaking a single delicate thing, nothing missing, nothing gone astray! Throughout the entire ordeal the men were not only cheerful, but super friendly and actually seemed happy to be doing the heavy lifting their job required! Everyone -- from the boss, Harry, on down the line -- every guy we spent those two days with was a true pleasure to have help us with this major life event! H & H came very highly recommended and we're so happy we heeded that advice! On a personal level Harry is one of the nicest guys to deal with and he made us feel comfortable from the moment he arrived to give us an estimate. Abusive, thoughtless with the elderly, they rip you off in a minute. They don't know how to pack neither your furniture or boxes, they don't know how to fit the furniture in the truck or the storages. As a result of this, I had to rent 3 additional storages. I had to call him a couple of times throughout the process when I didn't hear back from him, which at first caused me some scepticism, but it was fully worth the effort as evidenced by the excellent service we received and price we paid. I understand now that the occasions of delayed communication were due to the busyness of the company. Having gotten a second estimate from a different mover, and at the conclusion of our move with H&H, I can see why that is.
