We recently used EasyPro Move to move and we had a great experience. First, I found them through yelp and they responded so quickly. The place we moved in to ended up not being ready the original day and they changed our move date twice and were extremely accommodating. Jon and Kevin were really great! We have a lot of stuff and next time we should definitely pay a bit more for a third person. But they wrapped all our furniture, took nice care moving all of our stuff. I'll definitely use them next time I move! read more

Anatoly, Stas, Carlos, and Nurzhan were such hardworking guys. I had a really tough move, being that my 2 bedroom 1 bath home is on a VERY STEEP hill with only stair access. I have a lot of heavy furniture and the guys handled it with no complaints. They disassembled all the big pieces and reassembled them at the new house with ease. I didn't anticipate the move taking as long as it did, but I figured that with our stairs situation, it was going to be longer than your typical move. I guess I forgot about the time and half overtime hours after 8 hours and I ended up with a pretty hefty bill, but everything was laid out clear in the contract so I shouldn't have been surprised. Overall, I highly recommend them and would use them again, although I promised them I would never put them through another home with treacherous stairs! read more

Do yourself a favor and hire these guys. They made my life a lot easier. Very friendly and FAST. They were able to move me up to the third floor from a storage unit in under 2 hours! They speak English and Spanish which is always a plus. Definitely will hire them again when the time comes. Thank you Edwin and Daniel! The dream team! read more

Kim and his team were great. We had a lot of heavy stuff and had to move one house into two houses. They never complained once, never sat around, and made the best of the time spent. They showed up a tiny bit late but after all they did, I didn't mind. So far, I haven't found damage to anything and only minor scuff marks on the walls from bringing down a washer and dryer from the second floor. They did a great job wrapping the TVs and any furniture with glass. I would definitely hire this business again. The total cost came out to be what I expected. They were all willing to help with whatever I needed and then some. Communication was great. Anytime I sent a text, I got a response right away. Thank you EasyPro! read more

This was my first time using a moving service and I'm so lucky to have found EasyPro Move. Their customer service was phenomenal right from the start. Rakhim answered all of my questions in an incredibly timely manner and was able to secure movers for me during a busy holiday weekend. Joshua and Antonio were stellar - they provided me an accurate ETA and got right to it after parking. They worked quickly and efficiently. My delivery destination was no easy feat (no elevator and narrow stairs) yet all my items were moved with SO much care. I can't thank them enough. Thank you EasyPro Move! You'll definitely be on speed dial for my next move and will be recommending you to all my friends and family. read more

One of my friend recommended them! Amazing service with an amazing pricing! Jack and Arthur were very professional, kind, friendly and fast!! Everything was done earlier than I estimate. Everything was carried carefully and they all arrived in the same condition as before the move. My items were safely delivered to my new house and put exactly where I wanted. They also assembled by bed in a very short time!! Great service!!! I definitely recommend working with them!! Deniz Bektas read more

You need to use these guys. Moving companies are all pretty similar - get your stuff from point A to point B. However, not all are the same in the way they go about doing it. They are professional, courteous and punctual. They wrapped everything up and tied everything down in order to prevent your stuff from damage. No wasting time. Dellon and Stan were the ones that came for the job. They simply got the job done. Just good guys. read more

My family moved from a three bedroom to a four bedroom today. Same city. Deon, Jasper, Andy and Konstantin were angels. My husband and I were so stressed about the move because we have three children in the home. Two under five years old. Packing is no easy feat! I am so grateful to these guys for making it so much easier. They called with an arrival time and were punctual. They came right in and got straight to work. All of our items were handled with care. All four movers were communicative and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving. I cannot say enough positive things. It was a pleasure working with them. You can really tell they enjoy what they do. Thank you so much! read more

Antoly and Carlos helped us move today, and it went as smoothly as one could hope for. They were both very professional and handled our furniture with care. I was especially nervous because we have a white couch and a huge mirror (among lots of other items) that needed to go down one flight of stairs, into the truck, then up 3 more flights of stairs! The couch and mirror were very well wrapped and made it clean, safe, and sound (and so did our second couch and many other items)! We were so pleased and grateful for their experienced help. 10/10 recommended this moving company. read more

I just did a local move and this was the first moving company I've ever hired. They did a great job! Mark and another gentleman (didn't get his name!) were very efficient, professional, kind, and careful with my things/plants/buildings. It took them 5 hours total to move me from my 1 bedroom apartment (I had a lot of stuff and plants though) to a new apartment 1 town over. The hourly fee was all inclusive and there were no surprise charges on top. My only complaint would be that I wish they brought a slightly bigger truck, it probably would have been easy to load and they could fit everything, but that's more on me for not letting them know in advance how much stuff I really had, and for not hiring the recommended 3 movers (who would also bring a larger truck). Without them, my move would have been 5x more stressful. I highly recommend them and would hire them again! read more

The guys were very nice & professional, but we had a couple of issues. There was a little bit of damage made to one piece of furniture. In addition, a large plant was not taken on the truck. The movers did not close any doors to the buildings behind them. They also forgot to take a few outdoor items off the truck and by the time we realized, it was too late. We didn't notice them in the truck when we looked at the end. I understand that we had a lot of items, but my husband and I felt like there were times when the movers were moving too slowly, or spending too much time on their phones. Overall, we felt like we paid too much for what we got. Especially with the missing items. No issues with the cost at the end, no hidden fees or hassle there. read more

I was having a nice relaxing morning one day when the people who were renovating my upstairs neighbors' apartment accidentally didn't screw in a water valve and proceeded to flood my apartment. I had to find a new place and move out in a month, during COVID, which was an absolute nightmare. After finding a place, I needed my huge marble table, 2 beds (mine and roommates), couch, dressers etc. all moved to the new place within the week. This is where EasyPro Move comes in. They were extremely reasonably priced, quick, helpful and accommodating. Even when their truck's furniture lift broke midway through the move, they quickly resolved the problem and remained in good spirits. They wrapped everything extremely well and had no problem with the heavy furniture I had (the marble table has to be at least 300 pounds). The whole move took them about 3 hours. I cannot recommend them enough! Will definitely be calling them again for my next move (hopefully not flood related)! Another reviewer noted that they ask you to write reviews during/after the move, but I was never asked to write one. Just wanted to pay it forward since Yelp reviews led me to this awesome moving company! read more

i want to make this plain and simple for you guys... do not go to easypro move! 1. movers had no respect. 2. i had to cancel and send them on their way when they arrived because the movers took 25 minutes to try to find my parking garage (after telling them they just need to circle the block, gate entrance is on the other side) 3. mover told me sir maybe if you called me and told me how to get there i wouldnt be wasting time or gas. after i called them twice and tried to explain to him but he said he got stuck on one way streets which i was understandable about but not after seeing them driver around another 2 more times at that point icontacted the company and cancelled RESPONSE TO OWNER: OF COURSE YOU DIDNT GIVE ME YOUR SERVICE, SIMPLY BECAUSE YOUR TEAM WAS DRIVING AROUND WASTING MY TIME AND TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT! & YES I cancelled after you tried to "help" because you were sending me 1 of the same movers and another guy which supposedly is your manager, WHEN I CLEARLY MENTIONED I DID NOT WANT ANY OF THOSE GUYS THAT SHOWED UP THE FIRST TIME IN MY HOME PLAIN AND SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY DISRESPECTED ME OVER THE PHONE! read more

They didn't reassemble my bed frame! I have my bed frame coming apart day by day. The slacks aren't screwed onto the frame and I don't have the screws to do it myself. The worst moving coming in the world. Do not hire. They abandoned the job in the middle after telling me the other house was empty. Charged me for 11 hour day (which I paid in full plus hundreds of dollars in tips) only to return to my former home to find they abandoned the job and left me and my wife to carry recliners, TVs, etc please see photos. Edwin was the leader of the group who told me he can't wait to do future business with me and now sending me to voice mail. The owner complained about having to come help because his guys were 3 to 7 hours behind on the jobs. I'm disgusted. Please see the photos of the abandoned job. They started off nice and friendly but as soon as they got tired. This is what they do. Disgusting liars. read more
