They had everything organized in a way that ask the customers, and feel safe. Separations on the floor, people waiting in line inside but not as much as outside, everyone wearing a mask, and everything clean. We couldn't return the product But it was not their fault, it's that Amazon made us go to another store, in this case kohl's to do the return. This UPS store is located in a shopping center with a free parking lot. And I will definitely suggest you to call always before you go since the schedule can differ from whatever it's online. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Miami, Florida

The only thing I like about this particular UPS store is that it's near my house And it has USPS drop off boxes so I dont need to go to the main USPS which is less than a mile away but it gets hectic. Other than that it's employed by a bunch of young kids that have no idea what they're doing other than one young lady who seems to run the place and maybe another guy. The amount of times I have gone in for the same thing- copies, and they never knew what to charge or how to input it in the system and resulting to calling for help astonishes me. Copies. They always have very inappropriate music blasting from the back room with profanity. They don't take their job seriously and talk loudly amongst eachother, joking around, like it's social hour with a line that goes out the door towards the beauty supply shop. One time I walked in here and one of the employees kindly asked one of his coworkers to quiet down, and that particular gentleman flipped out on him in Spanish making a show about how no one can tell him to "shut up", when I'm sure everyone could agree he was talking way too loud about irrelevant things. UPS should get involved and give these employees more training or kick them to the curb in my opinion. read more

It's 2020 and the world is an interesting place. This UPS store has changed staff like any other, but their service continues to be exemplary through the years. They get things ready for you with courtesy and respect. Today I went to drop off a return of a broken ring chime and the gentleman taped the box for me and I was not charged for a piece of tape! He did this task without a nasty attitude, and also saved me money on shipping. Whoever owns this store should be proud of the staff who provide great service to customers. read more

Terrible customer service. It was explained to me that I could not return some sandals that I had purchased through Amazon in the original box that they came in. They said I need the original envelope that the box came in or I could purchase a box for $10... those were my only choices. That's fine. A little disappointing but still fine. However, when I was walking out the door one of the gentleman yelled "you're welcome ". In front of all the other customers. It was very embarrassing. I've been using UPS store ever since they started excepting Amazon returns. I have never been to this location. I will never return to this location as the customer service is terrible! read more

I get there Tuesday December 15 at 11 am the 2 kids working we're having issues making copies it ends up to be a simple staple in one of the papers.. so after waiting the one kid wouldn't sell me a pre paid label cause I did not have the exact measurements I told him just make it for a medium box about 7 to 10 pounds and he said no cause it wasn't exact.. how would he know anyways ??? This is the second UPS store I've been to in the last several weeks and I've got to say I'm a huge fan. The competence, friendliness, and overall ease of using the UPS store is enough to keep anyone from ever wanting to step foot in a USPS office ever again. I brought all my old AT&T equipment to return after switching service providers and the young man knew exactly what to do. Scanned everything, printed out my receipt and I was on my way within minutes. read more

I have been a frequent customer to this place, usually good service , but it appears that store has more than a few young workers without any experiences, my small package was lost by UPS ( no fault of the folks work here) but their responses and suggestions were all wrong & wasteful of my time- when I first reported the issue, I was assured that I would a call back within a few hours; 4 days later still no call back; I called again this time and I was told to come to the store to resolve and or investigate the issue, went by and this time, but again I was told to wait a for phone call ! I asked the young person, why was I told to come by the store then if there is no need for me being there? i left work early to go to this place ! No one knew- they asked another young fellow who supposed to be a store Assistant manager, he repeated the same thing to wait for a phone call from them in few hours, that was 2 days ago! not happy with the way this store is handling the issues and I will not go back for any more services, there is a nearby FedEx office, I will be using them instead moving forward. read more

Bad Customer Service, shipping elsewhere. Habla Espanol? F my Spani no no no... specially in South Florida

I told the store clerk I needed to box my items for a return to Amazon. The clerk pointed to the scale. I placed my items on the scale and he said the cost and asked, "Cash or credit?" It's like hold on, the shipping is already paid for through Amazon. So then he says, "That's the cost of the box and peanuts." Could have said, "The box and peanuts comes out to $$" when asking for payment. Needs communication skills!! But the worst part is after he takes payment he says, "Next." Ignores me and he leaves my items on the scale with the packing slips and goes on to the next person. Needs people skills!! So, were my items taken care of; packed properly, together, with the packing slips? Who knows. Maybe the next customer snatched it on his way out. All I can say in favor of this store is that they are well stocked. But I won't be returning to buy anything. read more

Never pick up the phone, show up yesterday at 6:31, they decide to close at 6:30 when usual hours at 7:00pm (12/30, not even a holiday). Call today to inquire about holiday hours..since TODAY is the holiday and of course, no picking up of the phone. Hope the franchisee reads this and tightens up the store. read more
