    Friendlier faces have taken over! Yay!!! Excellent customer service ever since the new crew took over. They are very welcoming, friendly, ready and eager to assist you with your shipping needs. There's never a big line. They get you in and out of the store in a breeze. What they offer: * A wide range of printing services from flyers and business cards, to invitations and yard signs. * Private Mailbox Service with an actual physical address. * Notary Public Service for contracts, wills, etc. * Passport Photo Service * Document Shredding Service * Faxing Service * Moving Boxes & Supplies * Air, Motor, and Ocean Freight Shipping * U.S. Post Office Products & Services I love that they now accept U.S. Post Office returns. Makes life a little easier when you can skip having to stand in line at the Post Office.

Despite my request for a receipt I never received one. Almost half the items arrived broken and I IMMEDIATELY contacted Maria and Ricardo the owners, and was assured by them that UPS would be in touch with me. They never claimed at the time I contacted them that I had not requested full coverage. I regularly purchase items at auction and always purchase full coverage for my cost of the items. Many, many weeks went by without a word from UPS or Pakmail Miami and I contacted Maria and Ricardo again to inform that no one from UPS had contacted me (entirely on my own initiative I had sent a complete photographic record of the damages) They emailed me claiming FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME that I had only been covered by insurance for the minimum amount of $100, claiming falsely that I had wanted to save money on insurance and also that too much time had passed and UPS would not consider any claim. ***I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO AS A RESULT OF WHAT I CONSIDER BLANTANT NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF PAKMAIL MIAMI. ***IT IS ALSO MY OPINION, if that isn't clear, THAT THE OWNERS OF PAKMAIL MIAMI ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY! ***All supporting emails are available for review.

How many times have I dealt with the rude USPS customer service? For the SAME prices you can visit Mail mart. This place has USPS, UPS and FEDEX all in one. You can compare the prices of all three to see what best fits your needs. The MAJOR draw of this place is that there is never more than two customers at a time which means no wait... even on weekends. They are open on some holidays which USPS is not such as Columbus Day. Larry is the sweetest guy. He is so helpful and he will go through all the options so you get what you need for the lowest price. This store sells cute knick knacks such as cards, stationary, pet tags, etc. I think the location is incredibly convenient because my bank and grocery store of choice are both in the same shopping center. My only regret is not having found this place sooner. I doubt I will go back to the post office again...

    I was very courteously attended to by a lady, for notarizing a document. All went well (though they…read morewere a bit disorganized, and the wait was unnecessary), but, just as I was leaving, the owner/manager/whatever he is began chewing out his employees very rudely. I was shocked. It was the type of behavior one might expect from one who was accustomed, in his homeland, to great wealth, power, and impunity - though even those, generally, don't treat their servants so poorly. He finished, as I stared in disbelief, only to look at me and ask "do you need something?". I replied no, but was that necessary? He came back to me with an explanation of why he'd yelled at them in Spanish. I replied that I could full well understand the Spanish, what I could NOT understand is how rudely he speaks to his staff. I asked him if he'd never learned courtesy. With a cynical smile, he waved to me, and said "Bye bye". I replied with a clear "F*** you, you arrogant pri*k". ANYONE who treats others so poorly gets NO respect.
