To see how bad she was treating me and for no reason, I told her thank you and walk away to the door. She said, ITS way too early for this shit. I didn't respond and keep walking. Having AC is a plus but what won me over was how secure and well lit the facility and rooms are. Oh, and no rats or funky smells!! (Can you tell I've had bad experiences??) This location is well maintained. The staff is great too- Jose helped me and he was well-mannered and very patient (I had a LOT of questions). Seeing how hi-tech and great everything was I expected to pay a few limbs per month but it wasn't THAT bad- I think I got a pretty good deal. Hopefully I won't need the space for too long but, if so, I feel good knowing my things are in good hands.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I'm relieved I…read moredidn't end up storing my belongings here. I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. The storage unit comes in different sizes, and you can change later to a smaller or larger unit. It's very clean inside. And very helpful staff, the entire process didn't take long, but a few minutes, which was nice. They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.
