The day we moved in there, one elevator was working and it was packed because the day before, neither elevators were working. This is unacceptable. Then, about a month and a half into our service, I got an email move out notice, telling me they appreciate our business and have moved out our items. This was obviously a mistake and it was meant for somebody else but that sent me into a panic and though I called over there, it took a while for someone to contact me back. Lastly, August 1 was our move out day and not only is it the first of the month, but also a weekend and we flew from our home city to work on the move out, rented a U-Haul and hand truck, only to find out the elevators are out of service!! We are on the seventh floor, so it's not possible to remove any of our items. Obviously, another big problem and totally unacceptable. Currently, we are halfway into Sunday and elevators are still are not working and we can't get any answers as to if they're working on them. This not only forces us to spend more money, but disrupts our everyday as we have to go back to work tomorrow, Monday and have flight flights scheduled back to our home city. Our entire weekend, it was scheduled around our move out, has been completely disrupted and ruined. It is definitely the perfect storm and the worst situation.

I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

The storage unit comes in different sizes, and you can change later to a smaller or larger unit. It's very clean inside. And very helpful staff, the entire process didn't take long, but a few minutes, which was nice. They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.
