I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

I randomly discovered this place while searching for storage on Google Maps. What caught my attention about this particular storage right away was the prices - they looked very reasonable online on the official website. I had checked a few other storage facilities around Midtown Miami, and StorageMart definitely offered the best deals for the same-sized units. But when I actually visited the StorageMart and spoke with the Rental Office manager, he told me that the prices are a little higher if you book directly with them. The online deals are cheaper; take note of that! Another plus about this facility - there were three people working at the Rental Office that day. At other storage companies I visited, there was usually just one person at the office. The manager here was nice and friendly. He gave me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. I left with a very positive impression of the place. Everything looked very good and clean. There were no weird smells on the floors. Every floor I checked had good lighting, and the air conditioners were working well - the air was perfectly cool. The only negative thing I can mention about this facility is that there aren't many parking spots (I believe I counted just about six). When I arrived, all the spots were taken, so I had to park on a side street near the storage. Also, honestly, the location of the storage isn't ideal. It's separated from Midtown Miami by a highway, so it's definitely complicated if you're a pedestrian and want to walk there from Midtown. To sum up: I think this StorageMart property is very nice, and I am seriously considering renting a unit here. I can absolutely recommend it!

These guys are absolutely fantastic, helpful, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They're also surprisingly affordable for the quality of service they provide. Honestly, they're better than my previous movers and cost about half the price! What really sets PowerLoaders apart is their reliability and communication. They kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. With all the horror stories you hear about movers, it's refreshing to find a company that truly cares about their customers and their stuff. If you're looking for movers who are professional, trustworthy, and won't break the bank, PowerLoaders is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Overall, they were a friendly team to work with, no attitude. CONS: They were a half hour late to arrive, with no text beforehand, and the map link they sent me showed them in another location entirely, an hour away. What really bothered me is that they did not take a lot of care in handling my things. They made a show of wrapping one of my bookcases in a lot of cellophane tape. Then they didn't wrap my other four bookcases at all! I have a picture of the damage this caused to front of my unwrapped shelves! Also, I used brand new book boxes, and filled them high, none were old sagging boxes, and yet multiple boxes arrived at their destination damaged and warped, which means there will be damaged books on top. Pristine boxes, damaged during a brief drive from the beach to Coconut Grove? Why? Well, while unloading, I saw them TOSSING my belongings into a cart instead of placing them in there. The antique piece of furniture that was most fragile and meant the most to me, with a glass door, ONE man took backwards down a ramp, fast, instead of waiting for another person to help him guide it gently down. They seemed to be racing each other or trying to see how much they could individually lift, regardless of the fact that they could easily drop my things by carrying them that way. This is NOT the way you treat a person's belongings with respect.
