I guess they decided to take advantage of that and they stole our brand new kitchen aid still in the box from our unit. When I asked who has access to our units they said only the person with the key fobs and to speak to my husband who is the only one with the key fob. Um duhh why do you think I'm calling to make a report. My husband is the one who discovered that the kitchen aid that belonged to his deceased step mother is missing. Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.

The storage unit comes in different sizes, and you can change later to a smaller or larger unit. It's very clean inside. And very helpful staff, the entire process didn't take long, but a few minutes, which was nice. They also have carts you can use to move items from your car to the unit, but ask that you return them to the area where you picked them up. But when I went back a few days later to move items into the unit, one of the elevators was down, leaving only 1 working. And you can't use the stairs, saw a sign that the opening exit would sound the alarm, which was a bit of a hassle, as a few other customers were moving stuff at the same time. No cart was available, which made the process a bit longer. But overall, I'm happy with deciding to use them.

If that's not going over and Beyond offering customer service tell their consumers then I don't know what is KUDOS TO YOU!

This location is well maintained. The staff is great too- Jose helped me and he was well-mannered and very patient (I had a LOT of questions). Seeing how hi-tech and great everything was I expected to pay a few limbs per month but it wasn't THAT bad- I think I got a pretty good deal. I rented the largest unit they had several months ago. The price was around $350/month and they…read morerequire you to get insurance. (Good call in hindsight) I thought the point of a storage unit was for them to provide me with a clean and dry place to store my goods. I soon learned that wasn't true. In September, we got a bit of rain with that fake hurricane. I didn't check on my unit, as I didn't have any need to go inside. A few weeks later, my brother went to get something for me and my whole unit was flooded. I had electronics galore including a camera system and RFID chip entry system that were ruined and wooden desks that got swollen from the moisture. My leather couch molded - yes, of course I cleaned it off but that musty smell never goes away. Those were just the large items I mentioned. They never even offered to move me (when I finally asked, they said they didn't have any units available), they never offered even $1 off my rental, they never put fans to help dry it. It took several weeks for them to fix the problem. I felt bad for the manager because I could tell she was speaking to corporate on our behalf but her hands were tied. The only I gave two stars was because the manager was really nice and at least made an attempt to keep me informed of the repair progress. Full disclosure: I did get reimbursed from the insurance company but $2k doesn't cover even close to what I lost. Be careful renting here.
