At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. I guess they decided to take advantage of that and they stole our brand new kitchen aid still in the box from our unit. When I asked who has access to our units they said only the person with the key fobs and to speak to my husband who is the only one with the key fob. Um duhh why do you think I'm calling to make a report. My husband is the one who discovered that the kitchen aid that belonged to his deceased step mother is missing. Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.

I found them by doing a search through ChatGPT, which is AI browsing the internet for the best choices, and the AI was right! 24/Moving had a great team consisting of Linda, who answered the phone when I called and was so helpful in setting up my extremely complicated move, and a group of hardworking men, led my Chris. The guys were amazing!!!! We had to move everything out of my partner's 1-bedroom apartment, then go to my storage unit which was full of another 1-bedroom apartment worth of stuff, head to the new apartment, unload everything into the new, much bigger, 1-bedroom apartment, then take whatever wasn't going to fit into the new apartment to my new storage unit. The 3 guys did all of this so seamlessly, and they barely had to stop for breaks which I literally couldn't believe!! It was incredible to watch and took soooo much stress away from me! It was the best choice I ever made in moving to go with them! Chris was amazing and made me feel so special, taking extra good care of me! They tried to take off without putting my bed together correctly and with 15 extra bolts left over. if you have nice stuff, do not trust them to move it properly.. and if they damage it.. expect them to ignore you and not pay to fix!! please do yourself a favor and do not use them.
