I guess they decided to take advantage of that and they stole our brand new kitchen aid still in the box from our unit. When I asked who has access to our units they said only the person with the key fobs and to speak to my husband who is the only one with the key fob. Um duhh why do you think I'm calling to make a report. My husband is the one who discovered that the kitchen aid that belonged to his deceased step mother is missing. Please do not store any valuables here. Take a picture of what your storage looks like every time you visit. And take good pictures of what you have in there. When I stated I would file a police report & that the police would request access to the cameras they stated that they do not provide access to the cameras inside only the front door. How convenient when it's clearly an inside job. When I say pissed that's an understatement. I will be removing everything from this storage.

Please stop gossiping and help people waiting for service. I went in to ask what time they were closing the facility that evening since it was 12/31. She said very accusatorially IN SPANISH "we close at 9:30pm and if you come back tomorrow we WILL charge you the full amount of rent for the month. I see your rental unit (as she pointed to the security camera). Make sure you take your lock off and leave the unit open and clean or you will be charged. " Cool. I just wanted to know what time you'd be open until today. Also- where are the carts? In Spanish: "If you don't see them, someone is using them" This is a HUGE overpriced facility that somehow only has two moving carts for the entire lot? There should at the very least have 4 per floor. Nearly every unit is occupied and they aren't able to afford or manage their cart system? With as much as I've paid for storage throughout the years- I could have single handedly purchased more moving carts and dollies. The customer service employee could not work or care less. We had been moving out of our storage space for 3 days. There is zero system in place for knowing how many carts are being used and/or where they are. This facility will test every last drop of your patience. Don't bother coming here.

There's a keypad at the front gate, entrance and also one at the elevator before you select which floor your assigned to. I like how clean everything is and the compartments are heavy duty quality. Pricing varies but it's decently priced. It has went up a bit but I'm monitoring that. Now they offer a mobile app to open the doors but sometimes it doesn't connect but it's a work in progress. They have the right idea. Overall I recommend this place. It's super clean and I never had a problem inside.
