I am currently using Public Storage, but my experience has become increasingly frustrating. I recently called customer service regarding another rate increase and spent a long time waiting on hold and being transferred before finally speaking with someone. My main concern is the pricing. My unit started in the mid to high $70 range, and after the second increase within the same year, my monthly rate is now close to $156, nearly double what I originally agreed to. I was given a vague explanation about "market availability," which does not feel like a reasonable or transparent justification for such a significant jump. What's most disappointing is the lack of consideration for customers who are already dealing with inflation and minimal wage increases. Raising rates repeatedly without clear reasoning leaves a bad impression and makes it hard to feel valued as a long term customer. While the storage itself is functional, the pricing practices and customer service experience have left a very sour taste. read more

Went to go to my unit and both elevators were not working. A wasted time as I was unable to get in. No one answered to explain the situation. Had to make numerous calls to the central number and referred to different departments. Again, no explanation. Finally after much insistence, they finally took the information and said it would be 72 hours before it would be repaired. The in house manager didn't answer as well. I mean what happened to customer service and elevator maintenance ? Imagine if you are moving and can't gain access to your unit. . Obtw the stairs were locked. read more

I rented a unit in mid June and since then the rent has practically doubled. I have called several times and left msg and no one bothers to return my call. I am writing about the company...not any particular location. WATCH YOUR BILLS !! Public Storage will randomly raise your rates 25-30%.....and if you don't notice it on your credit card statement.....they win. They are a publicly traded company....whose stock is down 8% this year....and the only way to make it back, is by raising their renewal rates by a ridiculous amount. When you call their customer support....they will reduce the rate (very willingly).....figuring that less than 10% of those billed will catch the increase. My opinion......it is a real SCAM !! read more

Not even deserve one star. Stay out of this place. Rent somewhere else!! Im not a person to leave negative reviews but they really deserve it. I rented this storage for 6 months, I have a painting company and had to get there early at 6 am when they were supposed to be open, gate never worked. Got stuck in the elevators for two hours once, they even had to call the fire fighters. Elevators are always broken, so you can not use stairs in this place. After 5 months they increased my monthly payment for no reason. From $120 went to $140. Worst service ever. This place should be out of business!! I recommend extra space storage. read more

She was very good at explaining the process for rental and my options. She also explained the lease vacate process in detail with me. Besides the rental units being very spacious, the whole property is always clean and spotless. I would rent a unit here again as long as she is the Property Manager. read more

The location is convenient and clean. However, the some of the staff here is totally retarded and will always get things wrong. While I was moving in, the lady at the front was super slow and must have called 3 other locations that could help her out with the check-in process. She was there alone...meaning that I had to tour other people's units before she took us to ours. That is just ridiculous and a waste of time. read more

I first went to this location to buy supplies and get rental info. Cielo R. gave me very good info and even recommended I use a nearby location at 8477 Bird Rd. to get a better deal. I did that and got the size of space we needed for a very good monthly rate. Putting the customer's best interests above landing a contract for your own location, is what customer service is all about! read more

Very good facility. Clean, carts available most of the time.. Only negative is that they are understaffed. Usually only 1 attendant there.
