When I first arrived, the manager assigned me a unit since according to her my reservation did not showed up on their system on time. After touring the building, I requested a unit that was reserved; she made the necessary arrangements to accommodate me. Not only their personnel accommodated me but they made sure I was satisfied. I like this storage site because of the location between the major highways and central to where I need to be. The place is A/C'ed and clean. Most importantly I like the way I am treated there by the employees. I also love my free coffee, ok maybe I like this the best! Seriously, go here. my wife rented here for a short stay while we renovated the kitchen, a small unit but very clean, priced just right for the size, friendly staff. the location was not as close to home as I would like , we will be needing another unit some time soon and we will try for another place closer to the house , however this location and it's staff were great to us while we rented here highly recommended! read more

Personnel was great, installations great, security good, access ok. Pricing was as good as it gets, 3 months 50% off = a 10X15 for $104 a month including taxes and insurance. The only bad thing I saw, were that one of the main gates was damaged and left open for at least the 2-3 hrs i was working in the facilities and that there is no access to the bathrooms after hours.
