Did I mention that the building has sliding glass doors?! This is super convenient when moving stuff. I came here to help a friend, and since the gated parking was limited, I pulled up my car to the non-gated area, where there was no one else parked, and I was able to pull the trunk of my car directly in front of another set of sliding glass doors. Rolling carts were ample and easy to find. The keypads worked flawlessly. Finding the unit was easy, and the hallways did not seem as narrow and claustrophobic as mine. All in all, seeing another unit definitely gives more points to the CubeSmart brand.

He started asking for all my personal information, but it felt off, like a scam, so I interrupted and ended the call. The woman inside clearly saw me still standing by the entrance talking on the phone, but she never bothered to get up or check what was going on. So lazy and unprofessional! That is nearly double the original price in less than a year. At the same time, similar 10x20 units at this location were being advertised to new customers at substantially lower rates. When I complained, I was only offered a temporary three-month reduction to $425 including insurance. After one failed AutoPay charge, I was also charged a $102.60 late fee, bringing that month's total to $635.60. The physical condition of the unit was disappointing as well. The ceiling covering was visibly damaged, deteriorated, and missing in several areas. I have photos documenting the condition. Because of the repeated price increases, the condition of the unit, and the way my concerns were handled, I decided to move out. I left the unit completely empty, cleaned, and unlocked and documented everything with photos and video. I would not rent at this location again. New customers should be aware that the attractive move-in price may not reflect what they will be paying later.
