She said very accusatorially IN SPANISH "we close at 9:30pm and if you come back tomorrow we WILL charge you the full amount of rent for the month. I see your rental unit (as she pointed to the security camera). Make sure you take your lock off and leave the unit open and clean or you will be charged. " Cool. I just wanted to know what time you'd be open until today. Also- where are the carts? In Spanish: "If you don't see them, someone is using them" This is a HUGE overpriced facility that somehow only has two moving carts for the entire lot? There should at the very least have 4 per floor. Nearly every unit is occupied and they aren't able to afford or manage their cart system? With as much as I've paid for storage throughout the years- I could have single handedly purchased more moving carts and dollies. The customer service employee could not work or care less. We had been moving out of our storage space for 3 days. There is zero system in place for knowing how many carts are being used and/or where they are.
