There are also a multitude of people who use some of the units as a residence, and obviously have more than enough time to get into peoples' lockers during the night, when the facility is closed, and steal from them. I am completely disgusted with my experience at this CubeSmart location and the extreme lack of professionalism shown by the local manager. Our storage unit was broken into in July 2025, yet we were never notified -- no phone call, no email, no text, nothing. I only discovered something was wrong when I attempted to access my unit in December 2025 and found that my personal lock had been removed and replaced with a CubeSmart lock. Because it was after hours, no one could assist me at that time. When I returned the next day, the local manager casually informed me that the unit had been broken into months earlier. When I asked why I was never told, I was told they "tried to call me." That is simply not true -- I have zero missed calls, voicemails, emails, or texts notifying me of a break-in or theft. What makes this even more frustrating is that CubeSmart had no issue contacting me in October to inform me that my credit card had expired and a payment did not go through -- yet still did not mention that my unit had been broken into. So you can reach me about payment, but not about theft of my belongings? When I was finally allowed access to the unit, the conditions were horrifying: *All valuables had been stolen *Rat feces and carcasses were throughout the unit *Rats had chewed through suitcases, bags, and clothing *Water damage and mold had destroyed everything remaining Despite all of this -- theft, pest infestation, and flooding -- CubeSmart continued charging me rent every single month while my belongings sat destroyed in an unsanitary and unsafe unit. The local manager was dismissive and rude and outright lied, and I was forced to escalate the issue to the General Manager, who ultimately confirmed that this situation was entirely CubeSmart's fault and there had been no attempt to contact me. This experience has been stressful, upsetting, and completely unacceptable. If you value your belongings or expect basic communication and accountability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for storage. Also, if you have similar issues with this particular CubeSmart - especially the unprofessional and rude manager - contact the General Manager as he has multiple complaints against her and action needs to be taken.

When I arrived there, the unit available was multiple feet smaller and none of my things would fit in it. They then told me that the size on the website 5 x 10 was just an estimate. This unit was closer to 2 x 7. since I had already paid my movers and they had already dropped my stuff off. I did not have any other option to go to another facility after completing my entire move. Rather than honoring my rate and giving me another 5 x 10 unit they charged me more and put me in a 6 x 9 claiming it was larger. The price save charged me for this is 109. After three months, they said that they are increasing the price by $60. This place is a total scam. Beware! Worst business I've ever dealt with.

It's been a very long time since I received such great customer service. He was soo professional but I think he could tell I wasn't having the best day and he turned it all around! I got all the information I needed and he even wrote it out for me so I could think on it. He gave me a walk through of the building and showed me what kind of units they had and helped me a get a better idea on what size I'd need for my belongings. I thought it was really cool that the units are air conditioned AND they have security cameras! Not only was he so kind and professional and funny and efficient, he also gave me a cool little hand sanitizer spray AND he had cold water for me! I'd come back over and over again just to talk to jason and get that kind of service! Truly turned my day around and I will be back to get my unit! Give this man a raise!
