This is such a nice feature, knowing your car and belongings are safe (mine doesn't have any dedicated parking near my unit. people just park in front of other people's storage units and hope it doesn't block anyone!) Did I mention that the building has sliding glass doors?! This is super convenient when moving stuff. I came here to help a friend, and since the gated parking was limited, I pulled up my car to the non-gated area, where there was no one else parked, and I was able to pull the trunk of my car directly in front of another set of sliding glass doors. Rolling carts were ample and easy to find. The keypads worked flawlessly. Finding the unit was easy, and the hallways did not seem as narrow and claustrophobic as mine. All in all, seeing another unit definitely gives more points to the CubeSmart brand.

After that she gave me the wrong code for my storage! I cannot understand what makes a person be rude , completely abnóxios and careless , 40 minutes to do a task!! Considering all was done more than once, I still received a notice on my email with a payment due higher than what was agreed, since it was suppose to be autopay , I called, and again, there was another problem, and they said it was not on auto pay, and that I had to pay a late fee. I tried paying, but the person said she couldn't take it over the phone , I would either have to call another number or do it through the link they sent me. Total disaster , no courtesy , bad untrained staff, I truly don't know how this place can have good reviews. Will definitely find another storage !

I rented the largest unit they had several months ago. The price was around $350/month and they…read morerequire you to get insurance. (Good call in hindsight) I thought the point of a storage unit was for them to provide me with a clean and dry place to store my goods. I soon learned that wasn't true. In September, we got a bit of rain with that fake hurricane. I didn't check on my unit, as I didn't have any need to go inside. A few weeks later, my brother went to get something for me and my whole unit was flooded. I had electronics galore including a camera system and RFID chip entry system that were ruined and wooden desks that got swollen from the moisture. My leather couch molded - yes, of course I cleaned it off but that musty smell never goes away. Those were just the large items I mentioned. They never even offered to move me (when I finally asked, they said they didn't have any units available), they never offered even $1 off my rental, they never put fans to help dry it. It took several weeks for them to fix the problem. I felt bad for the manager because I could tell she was speaking to corporate on our behalf but her hands were tied. The only I gave two stars was because the manager was really nice and at least made an attempt to keep me informed of the repair progress. Full disclosure: I did get reimbursed from the insurance company but $2k doesn't cover even close to what I lost. Be careful renting here.

I've never rented a storage unit before and was feeling frazzled walking in. Thank goodness for Sara!! She immediately greeted me even though she was busy with other clients and as I waited made sure to check in on me. When it was my turn I pretty much onslaughted her with a million questions and my whole story. She remained extremely friendly and energetic as she walked me through the process of explaining how it all works, their policies and all the what not and what for. She walked me to the unit she thought would suit my needs best and helped me visualize how best to store my belongings as well as a bunch of great tips to help expedite my moving experience. When we walked back to the office she went over all the promotions including all the moving supply options they had right there in the store which was a relief since I had zero at my home. After I signed my lease she made sure to walk me back to make sure my codes worked and that I understood how to best access my lot with the movers and secure it. As a Manager myself I was beyond impressed with her customer service as well as her knowledge of the business. She made a very stressful moment in my life seem like a breeze with her professionalism and her friendly manner. I hope all your employees exhibit this same ethic at work and with your clients.
