I was stressing about this and worried about how to get this package back to me, but when I contacted Joe at Miami courier express he reassured me that that item would be picked up quickly and dropped at a local FedEx. Because of Joe and Miami Courier express this stressful situation ended up being stress free for me. I will 100% be using this company again.

Tri County worked out the situation smoothly and efficiently. The best part of this experience was that the manager of Tri County kept me updated via telephone and messaging throughout the entire process so it did not become a major distraction for me. These guys answered me the fastest and I called them to discuss how much it would be to courier 20 boxes from Doral up to Palm Beach within a 3 hour span. They gave me a price to which I told them I would call back since I wanted to price shop for this delivery a little bit, so I waited and then called another courier service who stated that they didn't have cargo vans; and then another one who quoted me way higher than these guys. That left me with little choice but I am glad I used Reliable Couriers, their cargo van pulled up within 30 minutes of me calling and then delivered my packages directly up there. Bottom Line: If you need a delivery service that utilizes cargo vans then use these guys, and I would think their service is probably similar when it comes to regular cars as well. They are cheaper than other places I called around and are responsive and overall very professional.

After about a 2 year hiatus due to a switch in jobs, I am so happy to have been able to reconnect with Barefoot. Every single call I've made to them since for pick up and delivery within a very limited timeframe they have been able to deliver. These guys do not stop for coffee breaks unlike some other services I've used in the past and are able to tell you when you call to check on a package status exactly where it is or if there is a problem. They go above and beyond what is the service standard and are able to provide first class professional service accomodating my additional little quirks like having a photo of the signed receipt I've attached to the package sent via email to me in addition to the automatic email proof of delivery that they send to you if you set up an account with them. On one of my last deliveries I had a 5p.m cut off for an office closing and they called at 4:30 to say the I-95 getting there was a gridlock and it gave me time to make alternative arrangements for receiving delivery instead of calling me at the last minute to say they were at the office and nobody was there. The guy who was receiving the package was so impressed with their messenger's intuitive reasoning he is going to use them going forward. When my boss is happy, I'm super happy!

I am writing this review in the hopes to prevent this situation from happening to another family in…read morethe future. On 11/10/20 Kyle Russell from South Florida Mobile Notary Service, was sent to my apartment in order for us to sign the final papers for the home my husband and I just purchased. The utter disrespect my husband and I have received from this woman was truly disheartening. Originally, my husband had asked her to please come as early as possible today so we are able to complete the paperwork on time as I work from home and had to start at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell stated she was able to come at 11am. Ms. Russell arrived 10 minutes late to our apartment. Although I find punctuality to be of extreme importance, I do understand that there are some circumstances that may make a person late, so I chose to not address her lack of punctuality when she arrived. I proceeded to offer her a seat at our dining room table and informed her I would need to have my laptop out because I will be starting work soon at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell responded rudely and abruptly by saying, "Seriously? You should have told me to come earlier, I have been up since 6am." First and foremost, I do not need to know the time she has been up since. I am a Mom of 3 babies all under 2 years old. I have been up since 2am however Ms. Russell was not at my apartment today for the purpose of sharing what time we each woke up this morning. Ms. Russell then proceeded to tell me and I quote, "this is more important," when referring to her opinion (which was not asked for) regarding whether or not my career or signing the papers for the purchase of my new home had more importance. Again, this was a statement she decided to randomly provide without being asked to provide it. After her rude remarks, my husband had to finally ask her if we can please just start the signing process. Which I was fully able and capable of doing simultaneously while I worked. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a stranger in my own home in my entire life. I am a registered nurse and my husband, a fireman working on the frontlines taking care of COVID patients. I have twin 8 month daughters, and a 19 month old son whom were all present during this incident. The lack of respect Ms. Russell has shown to us today truly ruined what should have been the most exciting moment for us. We were beyond thrilled and excited to finally sign the papers today for the purchase of our forever home, and this is what we had to endure? We paid $160 for Ms. Russell to step into our home and treat us so disrespectfully and as if we were burdening her in some way. It is not about the money for me, I am so disgusted with what occurred and I hope this letter can prevent this from happening to another family in the future. I would never recommend this notary service to anyone. I have already sent this to the title company as well as their numerous affiliates who use notary services regularly, and they will no longer be using your services.
