Gene also was present and he and Shenay helped soothe the stress I was feeling with their levity during the entire exchange. Their customer service was extraordinary during a time where it is severely lacking in another UPS store in the area and numerous customer relation businesses. Everything was taken care of, and I walked out reassured that because of Shenay's professionalism it will get to Amazon, and my returns and refunds will be taken care of. Thank you, Shenay and Gene, and in closing I highly recommend doing all your business with them and this store as I will if needed in the future. UPS Deerfield Mall.

I have been a customer of this location for over 14 years and have always appreciated the…read morecourteous, professional service I received in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit marked a turning point--and not for the better. I arrived prepared to ship a package, expecting the usual respectful interaction. Instead, I was met with an unwelcoming and frankly disrespectful attitude from a younger staff member. Without so much as a greeting, he abruptly yelled, "What's that box about? You know you gotta pay a lot of money for that--are you sure?" All of this was said while he looked me over dismissively, clearly unaware, or unconcerned, that I had been a longtime patron of this business. It was a jarring and disappointing encounter that lacked even the most basic standards of customer service; common courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Sadly, it's clear that the culture has shifted from the warm, competent service I once knew to something far less thoughtful. Businesses should never lose sight of the fact that how you treat people matters. Respect should be a baseline, not a luxury. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel valued or welcome.

Our paperwork was notarized quickly, and the pricing was very fair. Even with a line, the staff stayed efficient and friendly. I love UPS stores, and this was a very good location. All they had to do was get the package back to the provider but they 'lost' the phone. If you look at other reviews, mine wasn't the first phone 'lost'. This created a HUGE headache with my provider as the reversed the discount and I had to fight between UPS and the provider to get it back. Against my better judgement, came back to drop off an Amazon return and guess what? LOST. When I called in to try and track the package, I got a "what do you want me to do about it?" Attitude. Rude, unapologetic, unprofessional and all in all worthless. I will never come back to this UPS store and I highly recommend you avoid it like the plague.

I can't tell you how much I love this place! They used to have a location on Hillsboro and that's…read morewhere I originally started with Giuseppe and Julia. But they closed that location. At first I was resistant going to this location but five years later I'm still coming here. I've had different services with them over the years and I've become fond of their virtual mailbox system. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else and really don't want to. I like that I can see what I've got in the mail, I can have them open and scan it or dispose of it. If it's something I need I can have it forward it. I would say there are top-tier and one of the best mail services in the area. I find them a lot more affordable than using the US post office for a PO Box. I think their price is much better and as far as shipping well let's be honest, shipping is shipping and they're not making a fortune off of you. I consider them family and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Demand is high and no one seems to care about quality anymore. Nobody cares about customer service satisfaction either. Let me be explicit. I do not want to be treated like a number. I cannot stand the incompetence that has literally spread everywhere around here. Who wants to pay a high price for poor service?? Who likes being consistently disappointed? Nobody I know. So, here is my point: Go to Ant Logistics to send out your packages. The owner is polite and extremely professional. Nobody else around can match his skills at packing your items safely in the shortest amount of time! Çağatay is nice and his expertise shows just by watching him for a minute. Simply come in and experience it yourself! A caring attitude matters most. Especially in times like now. The store also offers access to a computer, scan and fax services, as well as shredding.
