Unfortunately, my most recent visit marked a turning point--and not for the better. I arrived prepared to ship a package, expecting the usual respectful interaction. Instead, I was met with an unwelcoming and frankly disrespectful attitude from a younger staff member. Without so much as a greeting, he abruptly yelled, "What's that box about? You know you gotta pay a lot of money for that--are you sure?" All of this was said while he looked me over dismissively, clearly unaware, or unconcerned, that I had been a longtime patron of this business. It was a jarring and disappointing encounter that lacked even the most basic standards of customer service; common courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Sadly, it's clear that the culture has shifted from the warm, competent service I once knew to something far less thoughtful. Businesses should never lose sight of the fact that how you treat people matters. Respect should be a baseline, not a luxury. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel valued or welcome.

At first I was resistant going to this location but five years later I'm still coming here. I've had different services with them over the years and I've become fond of their virtual mailbox system. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else and really don't want to. I like that I can see what I've got in the mail, I can have them open and scan it or dispose of it. If it's something I need I can have it forward it. I would say there are top-tier and one of the best mail services in the area. I find them a lot more affordable than using the US post office for a PO Box. I think their price is much better and as far as shipping well let's be honest, shipping is shipping and they're not making a fortune off of you. I consider them family and can't imagine going anywhere else.
