If it's something I need I can have it forward it. I would say there are top-tier and one of the best mail services in the area. I find them a lot more affordable than using the US post office for a PO Box. This location is convenient by my work, so I stopped by on my lunch. I came in with prepaid shipping labels (meaning I already paid for postage) and they told me it's $1/ label. I had 4 packages with the prepaid USPS code. At all other USPS locations, they print the labels, attach to your package, and on your way you go. I don't understand how I already paid for the shipping service and they charge in addition?! I feel like they are double-dipping with the contract they have with USPS, $1/label isn't much, but if your already paid for the label/package how does this make sense?? This would effect any reseller (Facebook marketplace orders, Poshmark, Amazon that provides labels). Also, one of the staff from management is always smoking outside the front door, and the entire store smells like cigarette smoke. He waved me off and said, well they can give you a refund and printed a receipt saying he already charged me for it. Literally. Could not wait 5. Seconds. Horrible customer service, mind you, had he READ the screen in front of him he would have known NOT to charge me for it. The lady on the phone refunded me not 2 minutes later after I walked out.
