When I arrived at the store, she had the same amazing energy, was efficient, upbeat, funny, and genuinely wonderful to deal with. What really stood out happened while I was checking out. I was on the phone with my best friend, who is going through a very difficult divorce and was having an emotional moment. I mentioned to Willa what was happening, and somehow she had both of us laughing. She brought so much lightness and positivity to the situation, reminding my friend that sometimes big changes can lead to an even better chapter. It genuinely brightened both of our days. There was even a small lineup in the store, and Willa managed to keep everything moving quickly while still making everyone feel taken care of. Excellent service is one thing, but making a real human connection with someone is something else entirely. Willa did both.
