I can't say enough about how grateful I am to you for the care and professionalism you showed me. I inherited a family heirloom of a rocking chair that was over 100 years old. On October 27, 2018 I speak with David and his brother about renting a penkins truck. David advised me that he was running out of truck's for me to rent but tried to hold one for me. I told David that I had a confirm number from enterprise to have a lift gate truck for me. Now remind you I had this confirm between June and Aug. I was relocating from Lake Worth Florida to St. Louis Missouri on April 1st 2017. I had a reservation for a Penske Truck rental from the Home Depot store located at Jog and Lantana. This would have been my third truck rental as I have moved my kids as well. My first two rentals were horrible at Home Depot but they were the closest to my house. This rental wasn't any different. Once again Home Depot wasn't prepared for my arrival on 03-29-2017. I contacted Penske and they called the U.S. Pak and Ship store located at 9770 Military Trail in Boynton Beach. Penske put me in touch with the above store and I got the pleasure to talk to the owner, Steven Grebinar. Steve immediately responded to my needs and had a truck ready within minutes along with the 3 dozen furniture pads I requested, which Home Depot could not provide (reservation was made 2 months in advance). Steve put me in a newer truck however, before leaving I noticed the A/C was not working. Steve immediately put me in a 2017 International 26' truck having only 1000 miles on it. Needless to say, Steven Grebinar is the type of person I like to do business with. Steve is an asset to the community and believes in outstanding customer service.
