Sonny and Carolina could not have been more patient and kind to my boyfriend and I. Sonny went beyond what I would expect of anyone to ensure that I was getting a fair price on freight shipping after we determined my package was too large for traditional shipping. Sonny also helped me ship multiple other awkwardly shaped and heavy packages and took the time to make sure that I was able to get everything done all while still making time to assist others so they wouldn't have to wait too long. I would recommend Sonny and Carolina to anyone, yes they will admit they move a little slower but they were kind to everyone who was kind to them. I personally observed multiple people who walked in rude and were granted a graciousness that they did not deserve.
