The service had always been average, now that I recall, I have witnessed how rude the same older man has been with people that did not speak Spanish, even though that is his native tongue. Will avoid this location going forward and because of this unpleasant experience maybe the Uhaul brand all together when possible. The building is nearly windowless, which was kind of uncomfortable when inside, but at least you can see the parking lot from the window. The person who helped us was perfectly nice and made the booking process very fast due to scanning technology. We were sent to find a van in the wrong location on the small lot and had to return inside to find out where it was. The outside of the van was extremely mud-splattered, but all in all it performed as it was needed to. We were directed to return the van with gas filled to three-quarters of a tank full. This is a very strange policy, as it is nearly impossible to figure out when you reach this level when at the gas station. Of course we filled it more than that on accident. I booked the entire thing over the internet, through a U-Haul account which I apparently still owned from my last move. I was able to call U-Haul for help; service was easy and accessible. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

While asking a few basic questions both places were rude and short. When I called Enterprise I was greeted in a friendly manner and given the answers to my questions. I felt I was given a great quote and chose to rent a car. Once there, the customer service was excellent. For the daily price of the vehicle I thought I would be getting a small vehicle. I was happily surprised to be lead to a beautiful SUV. When returning the vehicle 2 days after, I was asked if I needed a ride back to the garage to pick up my car. I declined already having called a ride. Now that's customer service at its excellence! I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

We are supposed to clean out in 48 hours but they expect us to only work within the tome frame someone is on site, which is NEVER.
