He seemed new and didn't know what he was doing! The recipient never received the item, and 2 weeks later it came back in mail marked more postage was owed!! I did not have receipt so couldn't go back and prove it! I went back figuring another person would do a better job, and he didn't ! He tried to charge me too much and I had to tell him to give me priority mail charge. Saved $10!! Now I look at my receipt and he didn't give me the separate tracking number. Unfortunately only one came out distorted and fuzzy so he gave me a credit at my request on my account. Jake was so helpful and respectful. He also said that I could get any size picture necessary.
