That's just me. I came in to find out why I wasn't getting my mail to my new address, when the clerk was impatient, somewhat hostile towards me. I did the best I could I mean I'm socially awkward , I work from home & I am not familiar with the P.O. new rule which isn't a great one. Please the front clerks could be a little more patient. The clerk I encountered wasn't. On a personal note: I can't help how I look! Tired of getting the bias. Going back to Seattle is looking better & better. And Seattle isn't friendly but better than here in West Palm Beach. Avoid this branch. Treatment = Bad & I didn't deserve to be treated in such a impatient, cold, hostile way. What a day!

I have definitely sat in this parking lot more than once wrapping presents or trying to make my cardboard box look more presentable. The location is easy to remember, near the main Library branch, School Board, and across the street from a palm-tree-lined Donald Trump property. I always found it ironic to look this opulence the face when needing to deal with a huge trio of civic landmarks. The building itself is unappealing, clunky, and not well maintained. The communal areas with the self-serve machines seems a bit abandoned. But it was here that I finally noticed the huge painted murals lit by a large paned atrium. Very cool! I love 'hidden' art, and a little surprise when tasked with mundane tasks. To the patient employees who helped me get my packages in order - thank you!

The workers are all so lazy, rude, and no human emotions except when they're being condescending. I was in line and I've noticed the workers spoke in a condescending way to several customers. Most of them for very simple things like didnt have tape on their package or asked where the passport area is. Rule of thumb is to make sure your packages are taped because apparently it's extremely offensive for them to use their own tape. Like I've never heard of such thing.... This location has to be the worst of the worst.

She was nice and efficient, but I think it would make common sense to have a second worker at the front desk to help out when there is a line. I shipped a box of clothing and other items (things I purchased at Marshalls and T.J. Maxx during my trip that would not fit into my carry on for the plane trip home). I picked the cheapest option for shipping and it cost $20 something for the package to arrive in approximately 4 days. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but has not yet arrived (It is currently Sunday). I would not hesitate to return here in the future if warranted.

For example, when a package needs to be shipped at the last minute on a Saturday. There is one entrance and one exit and these are on opposite streets. The only benefit is it's easy to do drop off if one only has mail. Unfortunately, the drop off boxes don't allow space for anything larger than an envelope. This can be inconvenient especially when the interior drop box is full. Yes, this happens often. The clerks at this location are sometimes chipper yet sometimes have the Bon Qui Qui "I will cut you" attitude. In all fairness, I'd probably share in this sentiment as I've seen what they deal with. The supplies are well organized and the lobby where the post boxes are located is spacious. Finally, do yourself a favor and adhere to the no cell phone rule or you'll receive the Bon Qui Qui treatment. ;)

I have followed all the steps they have advised and now because they refused to follow up and contact me, I am taking too long to file another complaint and I was told not to file and wait for their directions. They avoided and hidden evidence that their employees are the thief. Refuse to provide updates or information that I have requested. The internal investigations are being ignored and superiors are not being contacted to correct their mistakes. No help and no actions or refunds for their mistakes.
