Great experience. I shipped multiple packages and Suzanne was professional and kind and helped me ship all the packages in the most economical way possible. Grateful for Suzanne for making my experience so fluid. read more

I will never come to the post office again. The elderly red haired woman was so rude and condescending. Just mean and miserable to people!

my package was picked up on 8/6... it was never scanned and sat for 4 days before it started moving through the postal system... it's now 8/10.. and it just now moving through the system. 4 days it sat? I have another package that I sent out w that one package and that other one still has no tracking information, which means it's still sitting as well. this is not ok. How can you just have mail sitting for 4 days like that?! I will be filing a complaint to get this resolved as this is not acceptable for mail to sit like that.. it shouldbe have been scanned when it was picked up! read more

Do not schedule passport appointments here. They cancelled twice last minute. I made an appointment to get my kids passports. The day of the appointment, 2 hours before, they called me to cancel after my wife and I already took time off work. I had to wait a month to schedule another appointment. Today was the day of my second appointment. Again they called less than 2 hours before and cancelled after we had already taken time off work. Other times I've had to use this post office the workers are the usual rude, ignorant, angry for no reason type of people that the post office loves to hire. read more

The Royal Palm location on Southern, I do not recommend. We booked our passport with photos a month out. We arrive, stand in line and then instructed to stand at the back wall to wait. We get called up and are informed, "we cannot have photos done because it has not worked over the past month". Why was I not called prior to my scheduled appointment that the camera's were not working? The employee tells us to go to CVS and come back, they will honor our appointment. We come back, the same lady informs me we have to wait because I was still filling out the form while we were waiting. I was filling out the form with my children's SS #, the last thing to complete because that is a number you do not want floating around Incase I lost the paper. Simply put, do not go here. The workers are rude, lazy & jaded. Visit the Wellington location, 100% better. I hope they close this location soon. read more

Horrible Service , Terrible Bad Attitude . A Total disregard for Customers Time are the Hallmarks of this Post Office . I had made an appointment to Renew a Minor child's Passport which requires you to take the Child and Both parents must accompany too ; Which means both Patents have to be off work and child out of school for that day . I arrived 20 minutes EARLY for my appointment. The BLACK woman working the passport appointment said I need to see child's Birth Certificate as well as the expiring passport; I said we have the passport but the requirement for birth certificate wasn't listed . However since we are early my wife can go and fetch the birth certificate.we are only 15 min away . My wife returned with birth certificate but this Black woman went hid behind the wall . There was no one waiting but she REFUSED to help us . I pleaded with her as it's not easy to have a child out of school and both parents off work to make the Appointment. SHE would not help us and said to remake the appointment!! I wrote to the location manager but they never responded to my complaint. I understand it's a Government job so there is no accountability Service is the last thing on their mind and they couldn't care less about customers time . read more

I've recently moved to an area where the USPS does not deliver packages and instead holds them at the post office. I tried to use their courier service to pick up a package since my car is in the shop. When my delivery driver got to the post office they would not let her pick up my package even though the delivery address and the address on the package matched, I also had the tracking number, but USPS would not give the driver my package because it was "for my protection". My driver called Uber support, they told her that I could give the post office my tracking number and I should be able to get the package. The workers at the post office told me "We are not giving her your packages, you need to come in and verify your identity, you can Uber here and get the packages, but we will not give them to your Uber driver. I find this odd since they don't ask for identification when they deliver to your home at all, half the time you don't even see the postal workers, so what's all this nonsense about identification? Also, isn't the entire point of the USPS to deliver packages and mail to your home? Obviously they're useless. Just wanted to warn people in my situation that the post office does not honor Ubers courier service. My driver was very sweet, and I felt like I wasted her time so I paid the full amount, now I'm out $27. Uber should have a warning that you can't get packages from the post office using Uber courier service, it would have saved me money and all of us the headache of trying to get the package... I will no longer be using Ubers courier service, nor will I have packages sent via USPS, cause they don't even want to do the very job their meant for. read more

Terrible customer service ! I missed receiving a certified letter from my employer, so i signed the slip and expected delivery the next day. Nope. I saw my mailman come and go without the letter. I chased him down and he told me, and i quote "sorry. i couldn't find the letter. Just go to the office and tell them Robert your mailman said so." What ?? So i went to the office explained to them that "Robert" sent me, and two postal workers searched frantically for the letter and found ...... nothing ! Then some female with short hair, whom appeared to be the manager, told me they "lost the letter" and asked for my phone number so they could call me. This was two months ago ! Absolutely terrible service ! read more

Let me start by saying that this is the holiday season. I understand the stress of working with customers and customer service. I have never been into a business where I have seen this bad of customer service. One of the clerks continually yelled at the customers while they were trying to get their packages out. Yelled at a woman for her service dog, yelled at a woman for taking her tape across the shop to close her packages. The blatant disrespect for the people who keep this business alive. There is a way to go about things and this just is not it. I would say that this is the first time I have seen this, but this is now the third time that I have seen this. Please do something about this. read more

I went to this post office to send a package for my grand daughters in Oregon. When I was called, the clerk did not greet me and continued with the processing. When she was done, I asked her for a couple of large, priority labels that were on the desk by her. She responded by saying "sweetheart, these are all I have and you can find others by the window in the lobby". She was dismissive, and lack any type of customer service skills. I went to where she directed me only to find a few very small labels. I went back to her and demanded a couple of large ones, again she was dismissive, with the nastiest body language and handed me three, again referring to me as "sweetheart". I use this post office a lot, because my kids and grandkids are out of state. We have had conversations before. Once she stated that her daughter was in medical school. I even told her that my son is a young Harvard trained surgeon. Today, she was rude and dismissive. She needs to remember that we are paying customers. I, for one, prefers to send packages by priority mail and quite often. I did not deserve such disrespectful behavior. I am a retired banking official, and know what good customer service looks like. read more
