Love the arabica bean espresso and being Cuban that's a hard sell very clean and great service

There's one barista who's always so friendly and I loved interacting with her. I didn't catch her name but she's super cool, makes a mean cappuccino, and has some awesome tattoos. The grumpy man is often seen frequenting this space and it's been said that he creates these roasts. I'm a huge coffee buff. So, finding a place that's passionate about their beans is a huge win for me. I came to Espresso mail for the first time over Thanksgiving break. It was honestly such an amazing experience. The store was beautifully decorated with festive decor and the staff welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door. Espresso Mail is very pet friendly which I always appreciate. I got a latte that was so delicious. The coffee is very high quality and I also got a green tea that was very refreshing. One worker in particular was very attentive and kind to me during my stay. If you are looking for good coffee, I would keep driving. If you are looking for a helpful place for mailing, this is your place. Friendly staff, well stocked mail services, but the coffee was bland. Reminded me of gas station coffee. If that's your thing, then check them out. I was looking for a coffee experience and adventure. This did not satisfy me. read more

Espresso Mail closed my virtual mail. I wasn't told?! I kept looking for my box for my new driver's license registration and my nursing license. They are very important docs for my life! When I called the grumpy owner he stated he was emailed by his server to close my box? I don't even know who the server is. I stated where is my mail he said he put return to sender. The DMV has not received my new driver's license back in the mail not has the PBC tax collector received my new car registration. I told him I didn't email anyone because I am very bad with a.i. emailing etc. I asked just for a copy of the email so I could straighten things out and he hung up on me. But first he started yelling at me. I said doesn't the USPS have rules about throwing people's ng up on me. I am only in town a few days so I must approach him soon. Scared! read more

Im not sure where to begin with this review because this shop has been my saving Grace more times than I can even count! First off the customer service is impeccable! They offer so many things and space for you to get your life sorted out all while drinking the BEST coffee you ever will! Things I've done & purchased here are: copies, faxes, shipping everywhere including international without dealing with any hassle. You can do a mailer for your business! They have created an printed my business cards, specials & menus. Awesome stamps, cards, last minute gifts that are so creative! Stickers that are fun for kids or adults my fav "here's your gold star..." mugs & coffee beans!!!! OMG! How can you not win with that combo? But above all the things and services the person abilities from the staff wins me every time. I gave Espresso Mail a try after experiencing long lines, over charges and extremely poor customer service at the US Post Office. I have been a loyal customer of Espresso Mail ever since, approximately 2 years now. The customer service is outstanding. As an added bonus there is a gift shop, cards, coffee, printing services and free Wi-Fi. A lovely atmosphere where mailing is truly a pleasure. read more

I have been going there since they opened. Very convenient for me to mail packages with USPO, UPS, Fed Ex. The owner is there everyday and he has two girls who work for him.. They are friendly, polite, willing to help and answer questions. They stock all kinds of mailing supplies, all sizes of envelopes flat and bubble type. They have all types of charger cords for various mobile phones. Stationary items that you may run out of in the middle of a project. They serve great coffee and espresso, the atmosphere is conducive to have a cup and relax. I use a scooter and my battery wasn't charges and Norman let me ride it in to get a quick charge so I could go to Publix. There are about three other stores like this but their attitudes are not quite right, I am happy to have them very conveniently to my home. There is plenty of free parking. read more

I always go to UPS to get my papers notarized and mailed. Today, I had a last minute emergency and was told I needed papers notarized at 5:30 on a Friday. It was such luck that I found this place on yelp! Not only cheaper, open later and friendly than other places I've been. I even came in a few minutes late a the incredible nice gentleman held the store open for the urgency. I am visiting family in town but if I lived here...this would be the place I do all my mailing, notary and one day i'll hang out and get a coffee :) Thank you again for saving me!! I love this place! I've only been coming here for a few months now but it has been great. They have all that little home office stuff but you always seem to run out of. And they do excellent packing and shipping. Best thing? Their staff is always super friendly. I've also tried that Eagle place on the other side of the street. You get the distinct feeling they would really rather you just die on your way in the door than come in. I wouldn't go back there if it was free.
