My coworkers love this place so I had to try famous charcoal coffee they talked about so much. It's amazing can't wait to go there again. The store is full of cute, funny items plus it's a post office. You can find a perfect card to send it to your friend/family while enjoying delicious coffee. They have a table or two to sit down. read more

Came here for the coffee so my review is limited to that. Although the ambiance of the store was nice and they seemed to offer a lot of your typical mailing services. The Grumpy man's coffee was solid and one of the better coffees I've had in the area. They roast their beans daily and you can taste the freshness. Would recommend checking them out! read more

Love the arabica bean espresso and being Cuban that's a hard sell very clean and great service

There's one barista who's always so friendly and I loved interacting with her. I didn't catch her name but she's super cool, makes a mean cappuccino, and has some awesome tattoos. The grumpy man is often seen frequenting this space and it's been said that he creates these roasts. I'm a huge coffee buff. So, finding a place that's passionate about their beans is a huge win for me. Espresso Mail is such a quirky place too- they offer mailing packages, interesting Hallmark style cards, and novelty type gifts read more

I came to Espresso mail for the first time over Thanksgiving break. It was honestly such an amazing experience. The store was beautifully decorated with festive decor and the staff welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door. Espresso Mail is very pet friendly which I always appreciate. I got a latte that was so delicious. The coffee is very high quality and I also got a green tea that was very refreshing. One worker in particular was very attentive and kind to me during my stay. She was very helpful. Her name was London! Will definitely be coming back. read more

I love the convenience of mailing my stuff from this location. I absolutely hate going to the post office and I would much rather give my business to a small business such as this. The lady who works there is always helpful and kind. read more

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. They do everything: Ship packages, make keys, and delicious lattes. They have boxes, packing, tape, all you need to ship your package. They do USPS, UPS, FedEx, whatever you need. Awesome little shop. Highly recommend it for all your shipping needs and great coffee to boot! read more

If you are looking for good coffee, I would keep driving. If you are looking for a helpful place for mailing, this is your place. Friendly staff, well stocked mail services, but the coffee was bland. Reminded me of gas station coffee. If that's your thing, then check them out. I was looking for a coffee experience and adventure. This did not satisfy me. read more

Espresso Mail closed my virtual mail. I wasn't told?! I kept looking for my box for my new driver's license registration and my nursing license. They are very important docs for my life! When I called the grumpy owner he stated he was emailed by his server to close my box? I don't even know who the server is. I stated where is my mail he said he put return to sender. The DMV has not received my new driver's license back in the mail not has the PBC tax collector received my new car registration. I told him I didn't email anyone because I am very bad with a.i. emailing etc. I asked just for a copy of the email so I could straighten things out and he hung up on me. But first he started yelling at me. I said doesn't the USPS have rules about throwing people's ng up on me. I am only in town a few days so I must approach him soon. Scared! read more

Im not sure where to begin with this review because this shop has been my saving Grace more times than I can even count! First off the customer service is impeccable! They offer so many things and space for you to get your life sorted out all while drinking the BEST coffee you ever will! Things I've done & purchased here are: copies, faxes, shipping everywhere including international without dealing with any hassle. You can do a mailer for your business! They have created an printed my business cards, specials & menus. Awesome stamps, cards, last minute gifts that are so creative! Stickers that are fun for kids or adults my fav "here's your gold star..." mugs & coffee beans!!!! OMG! How can you not win with that combo? But above all the things and services the person abilities from the staff wins me every time. I come in a few times a week and they are super pet friendly so bring in your pup for a treat you will not regret finding this gem! See you guys tomorrow forever read more

Went in just for coffee. Recently started working in the area and glad there was a mom and pop coffee shop. Popped and and had the best service and a delicious latte! read more

These guys are great. I had to drive just a bit further to get there, but worth it. It's a tight ship, coffee, other fun stuff to buy. You

Enjoy a delicious coffee *AND* ship stuff??? What a concept?? Why all other mail/shipping places haven't thought of this is beyond me... incredible team, fun stuff throughout the entire store, and so knowledgeable about what's the best way to get my personal and business packages delivered in the overall most effective (time, $, method) way. Thank you Norman and team! Happy to ship with you :) read more

Love the staff here! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and have amazing guest service. Thank you and I will be back for sure.

This place is amazing !! They packed and shipped a "unique" item that needed to go up north and it got there in perfect condition for the most reasonable price. I've used them several times since then and it's been the most pleasant experience! Great staff and they have the BEST cappuccino !!! read more

I gave Espresso Mail a try after experiencing long lines, over charges and extremely poor customer service at the US Post Office. I have been a loyal customer of Espresso Mail ever since, approximately 2 years now. The customer service is outstanding. As an added bonus there is a gift shop, cards, coffee, printing services and free Wi-Fi. A lovely atmosphere where mailing is truly a pleasure. read more

Fantastic service by the friendliest people. This has been my "go to" for a while. They never disappoint me in pricing, service, competence, professionalism, and friendliness. Thank you! read more

While traveling, I needed to ship some packages back home to avoid taking a 2nd suitcase. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I felt safe leaving my items with them to be packed. I even got some coffee! Great place. I would highly recommend it. read more

I have been going there since they opened. Very convenient for me to mail packages with USPO, UPS, Fed Ex. The owner is there everyday and he has two girls who work for him.. They are friendly, polite, willing to help and answer questions. They stock all kinds of mailing supplies, all sizes of envelopes flat and bubble type. They have all types of charger cords for various mobile phones. Stationary items that you may run out of in the middle of a project. They serve great coffee and espresso, the atmosphere is conducive to have a cup and relax. I use a scooter and my battery wasn't charges and Norman let me ride it in to get a quick charge so I could go to Publix. There are about three other stores like this but their attitudes are not quite right, I am happy to have them very conveniently to my home. There is plenty of free parking. read more

Nice little store where you can mail your packages and have coffee in the same time. Nice and quite. I am happy that I found this place because I had to wait around here for my car tire change. read more

Super friendly and coffee is yummy! Don't skip the whip! Real coffee, not gas station coffee! He's got the espresso machine and frother going while I fill out labels! Kill 2 birds with 1 stone! Norman helps me find the fastest and cheapest way to ship! I am always shipping stuff out for my husband for his crazy forum trading stuff. The plastic animals are so fun to draw and ship out! I need to get more! read more

Lovely place and exceptional service. I called and asked if they can keep the store open after hours since I was running late and wanted to pick up a package. I think his name is Norman, he kept the shop open for us 15 mins after! I'm so happy I live close to this shop! Amazing service read more

I always go to UPS to get my papers notarized and mailed. Today, I had a last minute emergency and was told I needed papers notarized at 5:30 on a Friday. It was such luck that I found this place on yelp! Not only cheaper, open later and friendly than other places I've been. I even came in a few minutes late a the incredible nice gentleman held the store open for the urgency. I am visiting family in town but if I lived here...this would be the place I do all my mailing, notary and one day i'll hang out and get a coffee :) Thank you again for saving me!! It's so rare to find such amazing customer service and just all around a nice person. You're great! read more

It's all in the name, y'all! Espresso Mail is a great little place to grab an espresso or cappuccino while you ship out a package.. or six, because let's be real, THESE FOLKS CAN DO IT ALL! They also have a great selection of gifts, cards, and even offer mailbox rentals! Aside from what this little shop has to offer, the staff are so genuine and care about providing high-quality service which is priceless and really makes the whole experience! read more

I don't ship out much but when I do, I always love coming here because they make it so easy. But I definitely come several times a week just for the coffee!! And they fun cute stuff they sell .. from birthday cards to funny socks !! read more

I love this place! I've only been coming here for a few months now but it has been great. They have all that little home office stuff but you always seem to run out of. And they do excellent packing and shipping. Best thing? Their staff is always super friendly. I've also tried that Eagle place on the other side of the street. You get the distinct feeling they would really rather you just die on your way in the door than come in. I wouldn't go back there if it was free. But Espresso has been wonderful and will be getting all my business from now on read more

So much better than the post office!! Fast, affordable & yummy coffee! the staff is just as wonderful!

I've been using their services for over a year and have never been disappointed. You can send packages, receive packages, fax, scan and so many other business services! The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful!! I also really like the fact that they have a large format document scanner which just recently came in very handy. It's also a great place to have a nice hot mocha and do a little work! Highly recommend! read more
