I found Print It Plus in Royal Palm Beach following a mistake I had made... I thought it would be a great idea to buy "cheap" business cards directly online..... I ended up wasting a whole bunch of money, not to mention my time. Let's just say I learned that the colors you pick online are NOT guaranteed to be the colors you will get in the final printed product.... And no recourse if you don't like them..... Lesson learned.... That's when I met Diane, John and the rest of the team at Print It Plus in Royal Palm Beach, they really came through for me. They let me take my sweet time in choosing just the right colors for my cards, and from real, concrete card samples, thus eliminating any "surprises". The choice was almost overwhelming. Print It Plus is amazing. I had an event and needed 500 flyers made and they did it for me in less than 24 hrs and produced a product that was amazing. I had gone to Office Depot at first and was not happy with what they were doing. A friend recommended PrintitPLus and not only did they create an incredible product there prices are incredible. After becoming exasperated trying to make my own "Thank You" cards for my brothers passing I decided to hire professionals. I happened upon Printitplus. I wanted a "tent" style card (open at bottom), simple design on front, the inside consisting of a quote as well as Heartfelt Thanks with family names. Very simple. As a layperson all appeared beautiful... When the cards arrived (after near 3 weeks) I was taken aback to say the least.. The inside of the card the quote was at the very top, absolutely no room to address the recipient, the center was bare, the very bottom held the "Heartfelt Thanks" including senders names. It was awful, amateur at best. Happy to send a copy of finished product as well as the "proof" I was sent to anyone who would like to see what I am talking about. (send me your e-mail address) Their response was.."We assumed you wanted to write something in the empty space", "assumed" being the key word here. I went to a print shop to have this task taken care of by professionals, as you would with a tailor, dress maker, baker etc.. I think a little advise on layout from them would have eliminated this dilemma, they were happy to give advise on paper stock for card and envelope pairing. When you hire a professional that is what you expect at the end. I was offered a reprint as long as i assumed the cost of the paper and shipping, I unfortunately cannot wait another 3 weeks. Shame on me for when I checked all the reviews for this particular business two days ago I found that their specialty appears to be business cards and the like. So, if your looking for business cards this is the place, if your looking for a specialty print service do your homework. With all due respect I must say that the customer service was really good... of course until the very end. read more
