Customers are expected to accept product with a large chip (granted on the end, but still quite apparent). She brought it to the fabricator to "fix" and he laughed. He ground down several inches of the marble edge, to accommodate the chip, to a large angle. I had an appointment to go to, so I did not have time for a fight. I certainly did not expect this either from the high ratings here or my initial experience with either of the team I met.
