Lexie captured our day in such gorgeous detail. Lexie's communication was clear and timely before the big day. She sent over a questionnaire for information on what I was envisioning and then we scheduled a time to do a quick Zoom to discuss the questionnaire and go over details. The process was easy and fast which was a relief between all the other things I had to get done for the wedding. We received our painting right after we got back from our honeymoon and Lexie even hand delivered it to me! We love that we have something so beautiful to remember our special day.

Not only are they poorly made- your customer service is atrocious. Your business acumen leaves a lot to be desired. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted. I bought a wall art clock - the clock quit working after 4 or 5 months and they did nothing because it was past 30 days - they said fix it yourself!! Deeply disturbed that they wouldn't even send me the clock mechanism - as they told me they would over the phone - but then said they didn't have one. They have been in business for 25 years and they don't have an extra clock mechanism ...?? Then they said they would give me a full refund - and then defaulted on that as well the next day. They are going out of business as of 2025 - and I can understand why.

this was the worst customer service i have ever experienced.......i ordered 3 large floor…read moresculptures.....and the vice president calls me to let me know my order was ready......KELLY asked if i wanted to pick up my items because "fedex is 50-50 on delivery without damaging the pieces".....that was so strange to me....because maybe statements should package their art better......also......kelly did not offer to personally deliver the items considering i live 45 minutes south of the warehouse.....she wanted me to come pick them up......i started to question things and KELLY became defensive and rude and dismissive and actually interrupted me mid-sentence.......i asked if they will fix any damaged products and she responded, "we will have to see what we can do".....i was appalled......she ended with, "have a nice day" and hung the phone up on me.....after thinking about this awful behavior.....i called back and spoke to lizzy (an employee) who continually apologized for her bosses attitude, said there was nothing she could do because kelly is the owner, and said she would pass along my dissatisfaction....kelly never called and apologized.....i would NEVER order from here again based purely off of the worst customer service....
