Great experience. I am deaf, so it takes a lot of effort to try to communicate with me, but no problem...they were on top of everything, even with the complications of an overseas shipment. There was no time that I was confused, but they may have gotten writters cramps writting down everything they needed to communicate and questions that needed to be answered. I was surprised at how much it cost though to ship a heavy package to England, but amazingly it got there in only a few days and I don't know how they did it that fast! read more

I have been a customer at both of their stores for years; This one and the one in Wellington, SW corner of Southern Blvd and SR7, next to Publix. The staff at both stores are friendly, efficient, and know the choices. They help me determine if it's better to ship UPS, USPS or something else. I also had a mailbox here for several years. Some labels were missing from my order and Aubrey promised several times to bring them to the office but never did. I would not recommend this company at all, spend your money elsewhere where you can get good service.
