Outstanding Service from Mark Rosenthal - UPS Store, Wellington, FL…read moreI recently worked with Mark Rosenthal at the UPS Store in Wellington (11924 Forest Hill Blvd #10A), and I can't say enough good things about him. He handled the packing and freight shipping of several of my late mother's belongings, and from start to finish he was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. Mark kept me updated every step of the way with texts, calls, and photos of the packed items. The shipment arrived in New York in perfect condition. Every fragile lamp, piece of furniture, and even lightbulb was impeccably wrapped and protected. His empathy and care really stood out during what was an emotional process for my family. In contrast, the experience that led me to Mark was extremely stressful. He was the one who turned things around and restored my confidence that everything would be handled properly. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with genuine respect, and communicates clearly, ask for Mark Rosenthal. He's a true professional and a real gentleman.

Went here for shredding services on the late morning of 3/20/2023. I read online where this…read morelocation had a certification from the Natl Assoc of Info Destruction (NAID). I met with a clerk who told me that the shredding company had just left and that my items to be shredded would sit in a bin (I saw the bin and it had a basic lock on it) until the shredding company returned next month. The clerk told me she didn't know when the company would return next month. I asked about the NAID certification and the clerk had no info on that. I asked to speak with the mgr, and the clerk said the mgr was on a day off. I asked for an asst mgr and the clerk said there was none. If I could give this place a -1 as far as it's shredding services go, I would. I do not recommend anyone come here if they have sensitive documents to shred. I have determined that this UPS is not ready to offer shredding services for sensitive documents, based upon my experience there.

After securing the winning bid in an on-line auction, I investigated the two options that were…read moresuggested to me by the Auction House; the UPS Store and Pak Mail in Lake Worth. UPS quoted me a price of $355.61 to ship the item up to Boston, an item that I had paid $100 for at the Auction. Wow! Really? For that price I could have flown down and back on Jet Blue and picked it up myself. Fortunately I then spoke to Junior at Pak Mail and he quoted me a price that was almost half the price ($189) that I had been quoted by UPS. Not only did the item arrive promptly and very well packaged, it came from a business that did not try to gouge me. Instead I felt that I was treated reasonably and with respect.
