Inside the store, meet the chaos of: a storefront packed with stacks of packages (leaving little room for humans), a line of people waiting to be seen, and a UPS employee moving giant carts of packages from inside the store out to the truck. Yet the staff handled it like pros, keeping spirits high with laughing and bantering amongst employees, and being very kind and helpful to people waiting in line. They do have an auto returns machine, which I used but for a couple of items needing extra help. Machine worked great, and the person who helped me behind the counter took barely anytime to process my returns! Thank you!

The prices are comparable, but service and advice are better and I don't have to wait at MailboxPlus. In our neighborhood, we all support these small family businesses. I really like the MailboxPlus shop, as it is located right next to the big Publix store and there is convenient parking right in front of the MailboxPlus store so I do not need to carry my parcels. When I have a big parcel the store manager is carrying it for me. My daughter has a mailbox rented at MailboxPlus and it is cheap and reliable. She is also happy.

I needed to have someone served in a very short period of time and am from a different state. As you can imagine, if someone is actively avoiding being served, they will be difficult to serve. I had just gotten my case approved and knew that the defendant I was trying to have served would only be in town for a short period of time, so I looked up process servers who would be able to serve him within the week. I was about to choose one I found through an app, but saw that they had a bad review and named 24 Hour Process as the other business they ended up having to use, after the other one did not deliver. I spoke with Jean and explained my predicament. It was Thanksgiving week, and Jean stated they could serve in Collier County and there would be a rush fee, but it could be done. I was anticipating that the defendant would be served in a few days, or at the worst, not at all. To my surprise, he was served the very next evening. Jean delivered on everything he said he would, and I highly recommend this business. I can't stop gushing about the service. If you're trying to find a good process server, this is who you want to use. I'm not sure how their price compares to others, but if you've got a solid case, the fee will be reimbursed when you win.
