24 Hour Process is hands down the best. I had a last minute court hearing yesterday and was feeling completely overwhelmed, but they stepped in and saved the day for me and my daughter. One of the things that really stands out is their team because they have members who speak various languages. In this modern world, having a bilingual team is absolutely key. I specifically needed someone who speaks Spanish because my fifteen year old daughter was not able to break down some of the complicated information for me. The services are very fairly priced, and the value you get for your money is truly incredible because they do so much more than just process service. They guided us through the entire court system with so much care. Although the owner is not an attorney, he was able to connect me with a lawyer while also guiding me to the specific departments in the courthouse that could assist me as a pro se litigant. I haven't left a review for any businesses in a very long time, but this review is long overdue. I can't rave enough about the service and professionalism from Jean. I needed to have someone served in a very short period of time and am from a different state. As you can imagine, if someone is actively avoiding being served, they will be difficult to serve. I had just gotten my case approved and knew that the defendant I was trying to have served would only be in town for a short period of time, so I looked up process servers who would be able to serve him within the week. I was about to choose one I found through an app, but saw that they had a bad review and named 24 Hour Process as the other business they ended up having to use, after the other one did not deliver. I spoke with Jean and explained my predicament. It was Thanksgiving week, and Jean stated they could serve in Collier County and there would be a rush fee, but it could be done. I was anticipating that the defendant would be served in a few days, or at the worst, not at all. To my surprise, he was served the very next evening. Jean delivered on everything he said he would, and I highly recommend this business. I can't stop gushing about the service. If you're trying to find a good process server, this is who you want to use. I'm not sure how their price compares to others, but if you've got a solid case, the fee will be reimbursed when you win. I had a difficult time serving someone papers and decided to look for a more aggressive process server. I talked to some and eventually went with 24 Hour Process. Jean felt he was confident and could complete the job that the previous team did not. He did not disappoint. They were extremely fast in replying to my emails. If I called, I always spoke to someone. The worst experience and would not recommend them at all! I reached out to Jean and asked if they are able to serve a company same day (I reached out in the middle of the night at around 1am) and added that has to be in a specific time frame because it was outside of usual business hours. He said yes that they're able to do it and gave me the rate. I paid the amount and gave them the info, address etc. After the timeframe I gave them I reached out multiple times because I was being ignored to then get a response the next day that he can't reach his server. So by the next day evening I was saying if I don't get the serving documents asap I need to hire someone else. Then I finally got an update that the business was served but still no documents to prove. I kept asking for updates about the documents and finally received the documents on the day after so 2 days late and saw that the company was served not on the date that was agreed on but on the day afterwards. So I asked for a partial refund because I had agreed on the rate because it was a same day job and not next day to get the documents 2 days later. Jean tried to explain himself on the phone with unnecessary arguments and said that he will refund me $50. This was over 2 weeks ago and I had to check in multiple times about the refund to receive and agreement today that he will refund the $50 but I have to sign an agreement that I'm not allowed to speak about my experience. Well I happily declined signing that agreement. Wow! These guys are amazing. We needed to have some papers served in South Florida and they got it done within just a few hours. Zero hassle, very easy experience. The customer service is great and the response time is phenomenal too. They literally got back to me within 2 minutes each time I reached out. I could not have been more impressed at the professionalism and superior customer service I experienced from the moment I called this company to inquire about serving a summons for family court the very same day. I spoke with Jean, whom I am so thankful he was so polite and diligent with my questions and promised that service of the summons would be accomplished and he also put my mind at ease when he said that unlike other companies, if they could not serve documents for whatever reason, they will try 8 different times. Awesome!! I requested the summons to be served within 24 hours and paid an additional fee but their prices are extremely fair and have different options based on your own unique situation and a time frame in which you'd prefer the summons to be delivered. I sent the documents which needed to be served to opposing party to Jean at 1:30PM and the summons was served to the party at 4:30PM the same day. After documents were served, an automated message of the process of service was e-mailed to me including links to the return of service for summons issued, an invoice, copies of all documents that were served and to whom it was served to. They also mailed me a hard copy to my mailing address. Thank you for making this such a simple, smooth, and quick process for me and getting the job done! Fast response time. Lot's of communication. Served within 48 hours, using non expedited service. I've used other process server companies and was not at all happy with the feedback. I felt like I had to chase them down for info. Not with 24 Hour Process. If I need someone else served in south FL I will most definitely use 24 again. read more
